Pillinger I'd like to think would be trainable, shame about his left side stats. Not sure whether to keep or sell!

That pace on Pillinger is a shame! A couple of seasons of pace though and he might be decent.

I think he's good enough to keep - I'm training pace on my defenders so I might move someone else on to make room in my advanced training for him

Feels like the next generation of U21 defenders is coming through. Not sure about strikers or mids yet though!

Feel like this sums it up best - we've got a very good generation of U21 midfielders moving on but there's a steep drop off for this season. It just is what it is though, we'll have to work with what we've got!

jacobs got a +2 in academy, sitting at 9, has 3 weeks left. don't think i'll keep even if he gets higher, carter needs another 1-2 seasons of training and he'll be mine and wales' new #1.

What are we looking at in terms of youth prospects coming through this season?

Including this week’s entries this is what I have for this season - Buckeridge is a talented junior, shame he’s coming out at 20 but he’ll be squad depth for us even if he’s not super trainable for this season. Will get rid of Gosling, no 16yos in this week though which is a shame.

Will list both later. I guess that Gornall could be half decent, but i won't be suprised if these two don't sell and just get fired!

The double tragic on Gornall is tough, really feels like we're getting hammered with these youths at the moment. I've got 2 coming through next week, one is brilliant but 20yo and not likely to pop again next week, he'll be trainable but obviously frustrating that he's older. The other is a 17yo at average who will probably be similar to Gornall, there's a 16yo coming through mid season who will be probably adequate/good when he comes out but otherwise that's me done for the season unless some quick turnaround juniors come in

will be on TL tonight so hopefully someone picks him up, still training carter so cant keep for now.

I have a 16y/o in 4 weeks who hopefully will be good to train. Other than that I think I am waiting till 1st week of next season for a decent looking 17y/o to exit the academy.
