At what age can youths be promoted. Since they are a number of weeks in your devolopment, but when they come out, are they between 16 and 18 or?

Sokker organiser says for the last one that he can be magical but okej, it takes a while.

How can you lett your youth development lvl higher?

The minimum is 16yo but they could join 17, 18 or even 19yo in the same season they arrived. Moreover, they increase their age as they remain between seasons, when all players have their birthday. So someone could join older.

It's only an average for the current level of each junior you've in your school. Don't consider that value important. The clue is the general appraisal of your junior coach (higher is better but will cost you dear), who makes the youth pop his level sooner or later, depending on the players' talent as well.

imo, you could expect an average talented player popping every 5 weeks, approximately.

Yes.

Only single skills are important for main coaches - his overall rating or level does not count.
I f you want to train playmaking for your players then take coach who is at least magical in playmaking.

edit: You are probably playing HT. So don`t train only pm for you mids. They need other skills aswell(passing, tech, pace)

Yes I play hattrick, but also freekick. trophymanager and dugout-online. But, I know they need more skills but main skill is the important right. This is my coach which im going to use..

if you are training playmaking get someone with higher than Brilliant playmaker training mate :)

If you are trying to pull a coach, then set all skills to unsatisfactory and pm skill should be magical.
