Goto your office page and up near the top, there is a link to youths. Go there and there is a box to change the number of places for your youth school. Change the amount as you need.

New youths join your club each saturday(max of 6) and they train on thursdays same time as rest of squad.
The training for youths is diff to rest of squad though. A youth will join your school with a skill lvl and number of weeks (example: Name Name Good 8 weeks). The number 8 is for how many weeks he has left in your youth school before you can pull him(promote to main team), each week the skill improves and may pop a lvl to solid and so on.

There is no need for coach before you have at least 4 juniors to train...

And he was good(dont know how many weeks though as I wasnt keeping track until recently.

I will prob keep one of them as I will need a 6th striker trainee after I sell my 5 older players. The other will be listed later tonight :)

I've been waiting ages for any new youth players....when does it update? Also, when is training?

If you have free places on your junior school, then they will join on saturday(maximum 6 juniors). Training update was today(junior school training too).
