you get youngsters join the youth squad on saturdays.

You pull the players out of the youth squad on thursdays :)

I did get 2 players I sacked, one tragic one on 31 weeksand one adequate on 20 weeks may prove how much talent they have..

I did get a youth players that was so bad but with 31 weeks he may stay for some weeks to let see if he is talented.

What happens to the Training Youths when they have just 1 week left. Will they be available for playing or sale on the thursday update, or do you need to train them some more afterwards when they're classifed as trained youths? When do you start paying their weekly wages? Is this where the rating of your youth coach changes? Does the rating also impact the quality of trainees that enter the youth squad?

They'll be able to join ur squad, so u'll figure out how good or how bad they are, and decide to sell, or keep and train, or fire :-D
