Picked up 6 Youths today; after having 1 for the last 4 weeks. Already rejected one at unsatisfactory 30 weeks.

Is it worth continuing with someone at poor level (i.e. 18K to train for 30 weeks), as it seems cheaper just to use the transfer market? Whats your opinions?
