No Pops in my youth squad. :-( Had one for 11 weeks and still hasnt popped from Average. Wondering whether to keep him another 11 weeks?

Hope you're right. Just axed the future Ryan Giggs ;-( No, seriously, I think you're right. It would be another 10K down the drain. However, I think I do have a future Ryan Giggs under the name of Raymond Harry, but have to wait another 20 weeks to get him. He's already popped twice in 4 weeks.
