I had 3 poors and an unsat this week and rejected all due to already having enough youths.

This was this weeks youth. do you think he is worth training? I'm training strikers btw....

personally I'd train him as he's Welsh and young.

needs quite a bit of training mind :D

He aint exactly excellent but as already said, he is young and welsh :P

If you got a free training slot, then train him. If not, then sell him I would say.

The only things that bother me is his low PM and tech....If either of those were higher I would be really happy with him. I suppose he might work ok as an out and out striker, but I've found that forwards who can run with the ball are really useful.....

You can get away without PM for strikers, although tech is a must.

One doubt: i've not got young players yet, but i've 6 places for them. Is needed to hire a coach now or can i assign an assistant (very good general appraisal) after saturday? juniors will arrive without any coach assigned?

I think they will arrive without a junior coach, but they won't improve.

Hire coaches after saturday, cause if hire them before you must pay their salary ;)

That's a wise bit of advice, seeing as every bit of money counts early on :).

Yeah. Thats the thing.....Could take a lot of training to get him anywhere near decent....

bah the lazy gits only picked up one youth today!!!. Leaves me with a very iffy looking

Keeping Pyrke due to only having 5 weeks left and Aizewood incase he is nicely talented.
Pope is an obvious keep so only rejecting the weak I guess.
