I like to see some defender skill on my mids but yeah, he is gonna be a very nice player in a few seasons time :)

Well, the tackling is important all midfielders if you don't play with winger.

I have a tactic in my club. Every mid need some def.skill...

Other thing:

I bought some young player as a striker. I give the strikers tackling:).

At the end of the season I finished the tackling training. My strikers has solid teckling:)

Having some defending on a striker is nice but I wouldnt train it for my strikers.

Its more productive to carry on training scoring, tech or pace imo.

I think the minimum youth coach excellent. If anybody want to start the academy this is the minimum. I feel the outstanding is optimal for me. He don't "eat" lot of money but good. The magical is expensive...

Yes. I've not used the trainers transferlist. But I tried a lot recruitments there for my head and junior coaches. I guess i've spent about £ 300K up to now looking for them.

He is half a level worse than the one I just got but still a nice wage on him for a mag.
