You'd make better money off him training him in tech and then pace and then sell as you change to your next training(unless you training tech or striker after pace in which case, keep him :P)

Shugar has to be one of the weirdest junior talents ive ever seen. So far he has popped 4,5,4,3
He musta had a talent of just over 4 when I had my brill coach and is now just under 4 with the magical coach.

Could be the first brilliant junior in the whole Wales :) Ieuan Bannon joined my first team being incred+++ (almost brilliant, but finally he didn't reach that level).

lol You already know the rule: "Better coach -> More training received each week".
So that: "Better coach -> Less weeks per pop"


Regarding my junior school: 4 pops today.

His talent was 4.5 with a low brill(average skill level of 13.75) so i'm hoping my new coach(average skill level of 15.375) will knock his talent down to 4 weeks.

If he doesnt improve that half a level, he will be exactly the same as yours, incred +++ and woulda popped the week after.

Knowing my luck though, he'll end up having good stam, average keeper and weak everything else :P
