Best thing you can do is keep an eye on this youth thread or do regular checks in the transfers for welsh players.

I am planning on running but I have no idea who else is running and I sure as hell dont think everyone is suddenly gonna vote for me but thx for the confidence ;)

On a serious note, if I do get the job, I would have to take a look at the skills of alot of players before deciding anything.

I have said you should update the minimum requirements because I have a player qith skills much higher than the minimum and he is not in the U21 NT team...
