Someone will have to explain this stupidly high talent levels everyone in Wales seems to get other than at The Mighty Oak.

With all the youths I've had, and i think I've pulled the most in the whole of Wales, I've never had anything popping at better than 3.5 weeks.

I could of course be reading it all wrong and being a big fat noob, but i must admit this low weekage popping is a bit odd.

Its hard to say from just seeing 3 pops but I'd go with a 3.5 talent from that screenshot.

If a junior were to pop say 2*, 3, 3, 4, 3, 3, 4
That would be a talent of 3.33
