As for who approves and hands out the new teams, its prob down to devs or admins.

Added 2 new managers. We did have 3 on the waiting list but 1 musta been refused for some reason.

I encouraged my son to apply for a team but was refused. Joint IP address, I guess, even after he sent a mail to admins, acknowledging the rules etc.

send another mail to them explaining again and stating they refused him this time.
Probably just forgot about the email as they were on the waiting list for a good few days this time before getting their teams :(
