Subject: NSW Turkey-Azerbaycan vs. Baltic Alliance

RULES:

1. The NSW between Turkey-Azerbaycan and Baltic Alliance (Estonia-Finland-Latvia-Lithuania) takes place on 02.01.2013 (Sokker week no. 15);
2. All matches will be played in CUP SYSTEM because we need to have a winner;
3. The winning team will bring his country a point;
4. Opponents will be determined according to the average mark after 13th league round;
5. Games will be played on the bigger stadium, if the teams doesn't agree otherwise (it is allowed to play the match on the stadium less if both teams want);
6. The deadline for accepting the matches is Monday evening 30.12.2012 23:59;
7. If a user participating in NSW between Turkey-Azerbaycan and Baltic Alliance (Estonia-Finland-Latvia-Lithuania) is banned, or his/her team is bankrupt , the match is considered void, as no country will get the winning point;
8. If a user doesn't accept his challenge or he's making another friendly, his country will lose the corresponding point .

As far as I know, then the game pairs have always been made like this, and this time wont be different. Ranking isnt better option either. ;P

Well, what can I do... Anyway, the average mark doesnt play, players do.

All teams probably wont use their A-teams anyway.

Lutfen sorun yapmayalim arkadaslar, zaten en uygun olani duzenlemis adam, bence daha adaletli bir secim zor olurdu, cunki bizim takimlar point acisindan zayif. Her kese basarilar!! P.S - sorry for my not perfect turkish, maybe some mistakes, its regular;)
