Hi to all,
I would like to apply for the job as NT manager of your country. I have a couple of reasons for that. A couple of them are this :
* I became Champion in of the strongest leagues in the world. Belgium's Eerste Klasse. Last season I became the Cupwinner.
* Your NT is underperforming at the moment. You have one of the strongest groups in the world with the better players but the results aren't on a high stable level. I know that because I follow the results because of my Turkish player Sermetoglu. He can do better in matches with a better positioning, as the whole team can do.
* The communication with the managers of the NT players is rubbish. That's really a point that needs improvement to grow as a country. It's a game, but it's still a game between people. If I ask to rest Sermtoglu for a friendly match this week , before important confrontations in the Champions Cup, I expect correct answers. Not : "We will think about it and see what we can do", whereafter he plays every time I ask. The only thing managers expect is honesty in the answers. This is important for the image of Turkiye in other countries. That's just lame behaviour.
* I have no further achievements with NT's. For the moment I'm for sure the best team in the world of teams who exists 5 years of less. But I'm sure I can have great results on the shortterm with a good communication with the managers and a positive view to the rest of the sokkerworld.

Hello my brother :)) Firstly ı would like to say "wellcome". I hope you get good results at the end of the election however ı mean you should know that "your chance is really so so low". We have really good coaches and there are lots of skillfull user in Turkey Sokker Assosiation...
Secondly I would like to ask you some questions! You want me to not to play sermetoğlu lots of match. I can proof it if you say no...You do not want to send your player to the Turkish National Team and how can you say "I would like to manage your team? How can we trust in you? ". Firstly you should send your player to the national team without case and after that...Unfortunately ı do not believe in your sincerity...
We get bad result ath this season but we have lots of good user and we believe in that they can manage our team and they can get good result. Foreign user has a very low possibility :) Good luck to you my bro !

I don't like your last paragraph... I mailed indeed several times about the possibility to rest Sermetoglu in some weeks who weren't or were less important for the Turkish national team. In the beginning of the season you didn't even answer to my mails or did like you didn't understand English. Remember also the match were I asked 1 time to play Sermetoglu with MID order when he played on the DEFmid position because otherwise he would lose his MIDtraining with me. Offcourse he played that week with DEForder and he lost his training because of that. I even asked Djebel to translate in Turkish to be sure. But you denied it. I never asked to rest Sermetoglu in important weeks for the Turkish team, I only wanted a dialogue to make clear appointments. Last weeks you just always said : "we will discuss it and see what we can do". Offcourse he always played.
The reason why Sermetoglu is such an important and talented player for Turkiye is partly because he had the opportunity to train here in my team with my coaches, so a little respect and a simple dialogue as equals would have been on his place. Not the childish behaviour of the last season again please.
Therefore I want to apply to keep good relationships with the managers of the NT players.
On the other hand, like I said in the first post and like you say now : you play maybe with good coaches and there are a lot of skillfull users, but the results must be a lot better with players of this level. Normally you shouldn't lose against the bad tactic Belgium played the last match against you for example. It really wasn't good enough with the players you had.

And maybe my chances are low, but I'm sure that, if Turkish users vote with their brains and not with their emotions, they will see that Djebel, Tsibasa or me is the best choice to get results with the Turkish NT.

My english level is really so high and you can be sure ı understand everything easily. I remember all of our conversation and ı have been always answering your sk mails. You are wrong. I can show you all of your mails. They are staying in my mail box :)) İt is so easy for me...
In addition ı do not understand your idea ? How can sermetoğlu lose hs training? The national team matches plays every saturday end it can not affect the training? He can play sunday or wednesday? How can sermetoğlu lose his training because of the DEF training at the nat,onal team? İt is impossible! :) Also you should know that "he is our best def player and he needs to play DEF position. İt is a not choice. İt is essentiality. We do not have great def player. He must play in DEF position...Can you explain how sermetoğlu lose hs traing because of the national team? I could not understand that ? :)))

Sermetoglu can lose his training :
If he plays champions cup on thursday as MID, I train PM on MiDS and you put him on saturday as def, while there is no competition match on sunday ( like this week for example). He can play wednesday, but I have other players to train too.
I also asked several times for a MID or DEFlevel in certain weeks to get some additional training and to gain something from the NT match too in form of extra training.... I asked two times to play him as a MID, you didn't answer and he played as DEF, so no extra training.

Okey ı understand now however you can play him sunday or wednesday? You say "you have other players" but you should know that "national teams are more important than personal teams". I can not design my system with your team? There are lots of user and they wants me to do lots of thing. I can not do all of that. İf sermetoğlu play in MİD position, he can not play good in def position. It is so so dangerous. It is impossiblle for national team. You should arrange your team according to the our national team. We can not do anything for it :((( Sorry but that is the reality !
