Kupa senesi de olmadığı için çok üzerinde durmadım, forvete ihtiyaç duymayız bu sene.

Merhaba arkadaşlar! Beni tanımıyorsun ama muhtemelen milli takım koçunu tanıdığını düşünüyorsun. Sizlere onun belki de hiç bilmediğiniz, biraz farklı bir yüzünü göstermek istedim. Birkaç gün önce koç, forvetimin yeteneklerini ona anlatmak istemediğini fark etti. Ancak zorlamaya niyeti yok çünkü bu bir kupa yılı değil.

Ancak bugün oyuncumu def emriyle oynatmaya niyetli olduğu bilgisini aldım. Bu ikiyüzlülük değil mi? Milli takımdaki bir oyuncunun performansına karşı tavrımı biliyor. Oyuncunun pozisyonunu biliyor. Takımda daha iyi defans oyuncuları olduğunu düşünüyor. Ama Türk milli takımını zayıflatma pahasına da olsa oyuncumu yanlış mevkide oynatarak beni kızdırmak istiyor. Bunun sizin için etkisi ne olacak? Takımın daha kötü oynayacak. Eğer oyuncum sakatlanırsa ulaşabileceği seviyeye ulaşamaz. Artıları mı? Büyük antrenörünüz egosunu tatmin edecek.
Kararımı anlamanı beklemiyorum. Ancak koçunuzun takımınızın çıkarlarını düşünmediğini size göstermek istedim.

You're right, not sharing my player's skills is good for me. But can be also good for your nt in a long term period (fully trained striker).

Playing my player as defender is good for nobody. Your team plays worse, my player doesn't get any training, instead he can get injured.

As I said before, I don't expect you to understand and to support my decision. However, at least my approach has some pros, while your coach approach has only cons.

since he has star potential, keeping him out to avoid injury makes sense for his development and future contributions to the national team. I'd think differently if the national team needed him for the group phase or if this was the cup season.

This is exactly what I'm trying to say.

Your coach has every right to use my player. If I disagree, I can only hide his skills (what I'm doing). However, in the end, it's Gsigos's decision.

Last season my players played for Venezuela, Armenia, or even Poland. The difference is that the coaches of these teams used my players because they needed them. I don't think I've ever met a coach who put my player on the field just to get him injured.

I think you might be somewhere in the middle with Gsigos. Even if he doesn't play every match, he can evaluate the matches he thinks are important, if there are injured or suspended players, you can respect each other and find common ground.

After all, every player has a risk of injury every match.

You're completely right. There is an injury risk in each game. So the chance of being injured is increasing with each additional game. This is why I'm not very happy for my players to play for NTs. Especially now, when the training is still relatively fast.

I don't think there is a middle. In the past, I was able to find common ground with various coaches. I understand the needs of the national team. As long as my player would play as a striker, I wouldn't say a bad word. Everything is to be worked out. However, when there is blackmail and lack of respect, I am not very willing to cooperate. I'm sure you understand what I'm writing about.

I don't like to blame one party because it's rare for only one party to be responsible for communication problems. However, in this situation, I am afraid that this is exactly the case.

This morning I received a request for my player's skills, which I declined. After that, I received information that my player would play as a defender. Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't see any attempt to reach an agreement here. I don't see any respect for me either. Most importantly, I don't see any sense in this decision.

I know that you are not responsible for your coach's decisions. But I just wanted to show you how this person behaves.

Ben bu zamana kadar milli takım hocalığım döneminde kim bana oyuncusunun özelliklerini yollamadıysa o hocaya karşı saygılı oldum çünkü oyuncu sakatlığı gerçekten üst düzeyde bu oyunda o yüzden kimse oyuncusunun sakatlanmasını istemiyor. Ben kendi oyuncularımdan örnek vereyim. Benim milli takım oyuncum varsa defans ise özelliklerini açıyorum çünkü defans oyuncusu daha zor sakatlanıyor ama orta saha ve forvet oyuncularımın özelliklerini milli takım hocasına kapatıyorum çünkü sakatlanma riskini alamam birisi sakatlandı mı onun yerine yeni oyuncu almak ekonomik olarak zorlar. O yüzden eğer milli takım hocası iseniz bir kişi size oyuncusunun özelliklerini yollamıyorsa onu anlayışla karşılayın. Oynatmak istiyorsanız da oyuncuyu kendi pozisyonunda oynatın oyuncu forvetse siz onu defansta oynatmayın. Ama bu sezon grup Türkiye için çok kolay o yüzden ben o oyuncuya ihtiyacımız olmadığını düşünüyorum.

As I mentioned in my message above.
Since it was not the World Cup season, I didn't care too much about not sharing skills.
He could have used a friendlier expression in the messages, I wrote that I would play him out of position because of his behaviour in the messages.
I would not do such a thing when I have the chance to play players who might get a chance next season. It was just a warning.
