Hello, my name is Daniel, I have 39 years, I'm in the sokker since 2009.
my experience with u21 selections: Peru, Brazil and Cuba.
Brazil -was placed third 1 x, losing 1-0 to Belgium, in a game that had a lot of embezzlement of our best players
Cuba - I coached for 5 seasons, qualified 2 x followed the World Cup, the first time, qualified for the final round and lost to the Czech Republic, who was champion in that opportunity and the second time, we can't sort the next stage by goal difference, a group with Germany and the Czech Republic that would make the final of the competition.
my great opponent if elected will be the language, but you can be sure I lacked the commitment and desire to be champion ahead of a top selection that often this among the best in the sokker.
Once I was told that hardly any foreign coach can be elected to be coach u21 here, but still I decided to try, because on the negative answer, if you can't win, at least the attempt will be valid.
Basically, any questions, I will try to answer them and clarify.

Thank you!! I know it's hard for a foreign coach to win, but I would dedicate 100% to that chance if the community thinks I'm worthy to exercise that role! :D

Turkey is currently the fifth largest community in Sokker, with the third power being among the selections U21.
There are 119 teams that dispute the divisions of juniors, but there must be a greater amount of teams with juniors because many teams are not those leagues!
It is a victorious community between U21 selections, since it has already won 1 title, but has not succeeded in the last participations, including being eliminated in the group stage recently.
Therefore, by the number of teams with juniors, by the amount of players revealed, I see as a community with great potential and as a huge challenge...

As I commented above, being a country with more users and with huge potential to reveal players, would be a challenge and a real chance to dispute the title of a World Cup U21

Brasil - 32 games / 20 win / 5 draws / 7 defeats - Third place in the World Cup U21
Cuba - 78 games / 51 win / 11 draws / 16 defeats

It's the challenges that make life fun!
As you said, by the history within the U21 selections, you could be elected in some country with a history of electing foreigners, but the challenge of training a power is greater than the certainty of being elected!
