Hey my friends. I've just come back from Istanbul. It was great!!!! I wish I could have stayed more. I was thrilled by the kindness of Turkish people. They were very helpful whenever I needed it. The city is beautiful, full of life, and I visited all the places you guys listed, so thank you once again for helping me make Istanbul a memorable experience!

In order to reach Sultanahmet from SAW airport in the evening, is it better to take Havabus, bus or taxi?

Use Havabus to go Taksim, when you arrive Taksim, then use Uber.

I don't know if havabus goes directly to Sultanahmet.

Always use uber instead of taxi and thank me later :P

P.S.: when you arrive Taksim, try to spend some time at there. You can walk to Beyoglu Tunel and Galata Tower from Taksim as that would be nice trip.
