İkinci antrenörün yüksek olan özelliklerini diğer antrönürün düşük olan özellikerine göre seçip antreman değişlikliğinde diğer antrönörü kullanabilirsin. Ama sırf bu iş için bence ikinci bir antrönör yedekte para verip bekletmek saçma.

Ortalama yetenekleri 8.43 olan böyle bir antrenörüm var. Ve çok daha iyisi gelmediği sürece değiştirmem. Ve kesinlikle ikinci bir antrönör alamayı düşünmüyorum. Bu özellikler bence yeni başladığım için çok çok yeterli.

bu ne ya sokkerdeki gibi deil yani öylemi sokkerde ne güzel anlaşılır tarzda bu çok saçma 2 nci antrenör illaki bi işe yaramalı off yaa ne sıkıcı şeyy :)

oyuncu yeteneklerı kısmını gıcık oluyorum bu ne sokkerdekı gıbı ıyı kalıtelı olsa

facedeki gibi beğen olsaydı yorumunu beğencektim :D

evet UM oyununa giren herkes şikayetçi gerçektende sokkerde bazı eksiklikler var ama bunlar sokkerin eline su bile dökemez. eksiklerde enkısa zamanda düzelir inşallah.

bende bu oyunu deneyenlerdenim hatta şu an benimde takımım var ama hiç birşey anlamıyorum.

ben çok nadir girip bakıyorum belki ilerde oyun gelişirse takım olsun diye :) ama yeteneklerin sayılar ile gösterilmesi anlamsız bence kullanıcı sayısıda az Türk kullanıcılar bir ingizlice metin hazırlayıp destekleyenlerin kullanıcı adını metnin altına yazıp; altta isimleri bulunanlarda aynı metni admine yollasalar bir değişiklik sağlayabilirler ... bu tarz oyunlar sonuçta ticari oyunlardır çoğunluğun istediği mantıklı, tutarlı talepleri ellerinden geldiği şekilde yerine getirmeleri gereklidir. sayı azken deneyebilirsiniz:)

aynen hocam vallaa kadro yapcam sırf bu sayılara bakıp bunun özellıgı ne onun ne ugraşmaktan üşendiğim için kendı halıne bıraktım cıkıp oynuyorlarr..

Bu tarz oyunlarda herşey matematiksel hesaba dayanır. Dolayısıyla aslolan rakamlardır, rakamlara verilen isimlerin bir anlamı olmadığı kanısındayım. sayısal değeri 17 üzerinden 9 olana sen "çok iyi" dersin, bana göre yetersiz. bu durumda oyunun "çok iyi" dediği özellik kullanıcıyı tamamen yanıltmaya yöneliktir. sayısal değerde kıyaslama kesinlikle çok daha anlaşılır ve kolay. bizler sokkera alıştığımız için her rakamı sokkerdaki özelliklerle kıyaslamaya çalışıyoruz, oysaki sokkera yeni üye olduğumuzda da sözel skilleri hep 17 üzerinden sayısal değere çevirmeye çalışıp anlamaya çalışırdık. Görkemli kaçtır, yeterli kaçtır...

Kısacası, bu oyun yenidir, eksikleri elbette var. ancak adamlar yan gelip yatmıyor. Kullanıcıları hiçe saymıyor. "benim dediğim doğrudur, işine gelirse" demiyor. Oyun temelde sokkerdan çok daha gelişmiştir. gerçeğe çok daha yakın bir oyundur. sokkeda olmasını arzu ettiğimiz, yıllardır baskı yaparak yaptırmaya çalıştığımız ama bir türlü yapılamayan herşey bu oyunda var. açıkçası ben sokkerdan eksik olan hiçbir yönünü görmüyorum ama fazla olan sayısız tarafı var.

ya madem öyle bize yardımcı ol bu oyunda sadece 1 antrenörmü tutmalıyız sokkerde 1 den fazla tutmanın faydası var ama burda varmı bilemiyoruz bize yardımcı olursan sana katılabilir ;)

yukarıda zaten soruna cevap verildi birkaç kez. 2. antreörün hiçbir katkısı yok. ancak bir tek antrenörde tüm özellikler yüksek olmuyor. mesela bir antrenörünün hız ve teknik çalıştırma özllikleri diyelim ki baya düşük, bu durum da hız ve tekniği iyi çalıştıran 2. antrenör tutabilirsin. yani 2 antrenör özellik olarak bir birini tamamlarsa güzel olur antrenman açısından ama verilen para açısından değer mi, orası da sana kalmış. bende 1 antrenör var o da 15k maaş alıyor. tüm özellikleri 14-15 civarı.

I would like inform you that we have installed the new version of the SMF forum.
Also we have updated all the languages pre-existent and added all the other languages available at the moment.

You should now to change your preferred language in this way:

- Enter in 'Profile/Account Settings'
- Choose your Preferred Language
- Type your current password at the bottom of the page (the same password used to link to the game, that is important to keep the automatic loging to the forum from the game)
- Save

Changes in the economic system

It’s been pointed from most of the managers that the cash is running out, the growth limits are nearly reached and balancing the budget is getting harder day by day.
We think it's up the time to move higher the balance point providing more cash to the system.
Also we would like to take the chance to remove some game elements that the most of you don't like and introduce new variables for the future implementations.

Starting since today:

Sponsor:
- Higher income from the sponsor;
- Waiting the negotiation module, the calculation system of the sponsor it's changed in order to avoid the irritating case of reduction of income from sponsor in case of promotion.
- The ratio of increase/decrease between salary and sponsor won't be more of the 1:1 in order to facilitate the rebalance of the budget in case of bankrupt.
- In the team evaluation now the sponsor will consider the amount of the salaries for the trainers too (they will contribute to cover this cost too).

Salaries:
- We have changed the ratio of the salaries growth due to the training.

Extraordinary maintenance costs of the stadium:
- The degradation of the stadium in friendly and cup matches is removed.

Affluence to the stadium and incomes:
- The affluence for Friendly matches will be no more related to the stadium (will be the same playing at home or away) and to the opponent.
- The affluence for Cup matches will be no more related to the stadium (will be the same playing at home or away) and to the opponent.
- In the Cup matches now the affluence will be higher than affluence in championship matches (with the same conditions).

Ranking system:
- The fans now will join/leave the team also considering the value of the team and not only the results.
We decided to raise the maximum levels for the growth of the game and give less relevance to the incomes from the stadium compared to the incomes from the sponsor, for these reasons many teams suddenly will fall in the situation of having lots of fans with the intention to leave the team.
The fans, in this case, will not leave the team in one single shot, but progressively, week by week until they reach the point of equilibrium.
To help you to well understand this new behavior, we added, on the right side of fans number, two new values:
> the number of fans who joined/left the team in the last week;
> the number of fans who have the intention to join/leave the team in the near future
The manager has the task to understand how correctly set the stadium to avoid excessive maintenance costs taking into consideration the number of fans and their intentions.

Don't worry, in order to not penalize anybody, we will refund (with the economic update of the 18/01/12) all the teams that should be forced to dismantle the stadium, the value of the structure in excess.
Also, for a limited period of time, the costs of demolition are reset.
