Hello everyone,
My name is Omar, and it can seem strange, but i'm italian.
I am 21 years old, I study economy in Milan, where I live.


About Sokker: i'm a “young” player, because I have been in Sokker since 2008, and only me and another player stay in the italian Second League: Serie B! Great result! :)
I'm really competitive, in all of my experiences in on-line game I try to do the best, and to be the best or one of them. And often i can reach this aim.
What is the aim for this NT? The best, I think that we have to not draw the line, no limits for us. We only have to try to do the best. Victoy? Why not.
With is new ME all is possibile, Turkey arrived second at World Cup, Chile isn't worst than Turkey U21!
I would want to ask your vote humbly, I will make available my experience, and I will try to do the best for this NT, and i promise to you that I will make with the maximum care and the maximum enthusiasm.
I will organize also contest to involve the largest part of the community in the NT


Staff: I speak Italian and English, unfortunately i can't speak Spanish (I'm studying it! :D), but i would be very happy if i have some translator in my staff!
Staff will be composed totally by Chile players, so, by You! You only have to send to me the request, I will found a work for all of you! :)

I've found an italian translator, so, today or tomorrow it will be written all in spanish :)

PS: i've accidentally made a mistake in the title, i am taking part in the election of U21, not in the SN, the actual coach has reached great aims! :D

Im sorry to say that most of us will not be voting for someone that doesn´t speak spanish. I often wonder why there always are people who try to coach a team of a country they dont speak their language. It makes no sense.

Even if you use a translator, it is never the same. We also have our "slang" terms that you will not understand via a translator and we are not going to "try" to make a coach understand what we mean.

If you continue with your aim at trying to be our Sub21 coach I can only wish you the best. But keep this in mind... I doubt that any Italians would like a coach on their NT or Sub21 Teams if they dont speak Italian.

These are point of views and i accept your opinion :)
Elections are good because of this: if you want me as your coach, you vote me, if you do not want me, you do not. And i accept also the defeat.
I am one of the emergent player in Sokker Italy, the last season italian community voted for me as the best player of the season, I think that i am a good coach but the only thing that is sure is that i would apply myself 100%.

The last two things:
A) i've found sn italian player, Eheieh, Who lives in Paraguay, he will translate.
B) In Italy, one of the biggest community in Sokker, the SN coach is Polish :)
But it's all in your hand, you decide :)


Ah, last but not least, if there is a Chile sokker coach who wants to be part of the staff and translate what i write..welcome

Wow ok... Is not just "my" point of view... Im being very logical. If you take it as a mere point of view... then I have nothing more to say.

And please... do not call our country "Cile".

I'm sorry for "Cile", just corrected it.

This is a point of view because in Sokker a lot of SN are trained by foreign trainers. So, in the world, lot of people thinks in a different way of yours.
This is an opportunity for me, to improve my spanish, to improve my qualities and to know a different culture like yours. For you it is an opportunity because i will share my knowledges, i will try to involve the community in this adventure, and I will organize competitions to win convocations for your players.
This is a game, and I think that the first aim in a game is to improve the team and the team results, it's not a poetry challenge, and I told you: Eheieh lives in Paraguay so, his spanish is perfect.
In my opinion is better a good foreign coach than a bad national one
But, I repeat: you decide.
The first thing that Chile, and me, need to achieve the aim is the enthusiasm of the community. If all of you do not want me, tell me.

I think alvaro is trying to say that we are kind of specials here. After spopo's time in NT only a few people will want a foreign coach.

First of all, Please, do not call their nation "Suiza".
Second of all, look at the reaction of these people: everybody was sad, challenge between two good managers is always good, but, i've seen that a great manager took part in the elections so, lucky them.

In the last WC Chile U21 has been eliminated by Turkey, and Turkey was worst than Chile. Turkey arrived at finals, but Chile was better than Turkey.
So, the aim of Chile is to improve the DB, the community, the knowledges, the results, or is to write great spanish novels? I think the second so I hope that you will write a new Don Quijote :D
Some advises: a defense composed by 3 players is sick, in all of SN players who improve fastly are GK and DEF, cause there are less important skills to train, and cause of this is Sokker and 3 DEF runs against a very very weak SN.
The "classical n 10" in Sokker is quite a fantasy, the MID who plays in front of DEF will stop him and maybe 10 can run only agains defence Who moves in a particular way (up and down)

PS: Juventus started to play with 4-3-3 the last season, from the second part of the season Juventus played with a 3-5-2. No way for 4-4-2, for sure :D

You actually try to be the coach in Switzerland (which by the way we CAN call it "Suiza" since we are in Sokker Chile after all... not in an English speaking one or an Italian one) and then back out because you see another candidate who you already know you will not be able to go up against???

So if any of us run for U21 you will back out as well??

There is not respect or even a possibility to believe in how much you desire to be a coach for our U21 team if you come here after trying elsewhere in the same season! That is a rule that all experience user knows. Is not well seen when someone tries in many countries at the same time.

And Black is not spamming.. he is actually bringing evidence of something that I any many others didnt know until now.

By the way.... THIS.... is a clear view of what we would get if you were to be elected. We are all writing in english to you because you cant write in spanish to us without a clear delay of having someone else translate.

If we could, we would like to coach countries like Poland, Brazil, Germany to just name a few on top of my head, but we would never think of doing so if we cannot speak their language (not to mention, that even if we did, countries like Poland have too many options anyway to even think of a foreign coach...).

In Schweiz i turn back my candidature not because i was not able to win, not only this. An user of this country, with many skills, candidates himself. Here, I'm sorry, but I cannot see something like that. Training a SN is probably a work, not an hobby. It needs experience, skills, etc.
I repeat, probably I would have lose but Schweiz community told me that my turn back was a bad news, because from challenge between two good managers the SN improves.
I repeat again: this is a your point of view. In Sokker there are many, many foreign managers who speaks in english. Also in Italy, 3 time champion, not Luxembourg. Italy.
I have deleted the spanish translation, made by Eheieh who lives in Paraguay because I have decided to turn back my candidature. I cannot work in these conditions
But please, don't talk as your opinion is the truth. Look at Sokker, not only at Chile. A lot of italians trains in foreign country, with different languages: spanish, russian, asian languages, english and french. So, this is your opinion. You have prejudices to foreign managers because of nationality, me, and also 3/4 of Sokker cares about Sokker manager skills.
And now, in this particular topic, there is no opinion. Chile U21 had great possibilities, more than Turkey or Canada had, for example. So, results were quite weak, weren't they?
And if you read some electoral 3D now you can read some strange things like 3 line def or other.
But, strange things are told in spanish, so, they are good.

Read with attention Schweiz answers, for them my turn back was a pity.

You clearly and blind and not open to learn... maybe one day you will learn that if you really want to try to be the coach of a certain country you stick to it because you believe you are the one!

I have never in 4 years of playing seen someone back out of not one, but TWO elections in the same season. I hope you dont try for a third on another country this time around. And instead, if you are really interested in one country for next season, then use THIS season to learn as much as you can from that country, from their players, hopefully the 17-19 yr old ones that will be 18-20 next season and thus have an edge on others and better prepared. At least that is how seriously I take it.

I have no problems with foreign coaches... but they must know the language... it would just not be a viable option for me to try to coach in Russia for example... I just wouldnt be able to really communicate and participate with their community.

That is one big problem we had with an NT coach here a while back.... we tried... we were as open minded as we could about it... it failed.

So learn from this... dont walk away with the lame excuses that we talk about our opinions being the truth. I have no prejudice to foreign managers... we had a Mexican coach our NT team and we didnt have a problem, he spoke spanish.

Remember: in Italy, 1ª in the Sokker ranking, the coach is Borkos. Polish, who does not know a world of Italian, BUT Italian users TRANSLATE FROM ENGLISH TO ITALIAN what he says. Just repeat: In Italy. Not in Micronesia. In Italy. And i did not need it because...and I repeat for the last time: vice selecionador knows spanish likes italian. He made the translation, but, I stopped him because of this bad new: few people here wants foreign coach.
Gonzalbo was honest, and i don't want to commit 100% if there are few people free from prejudices. And I do not want to get busy with other people for nothing.
I want not to criticize the work of other coach, maybe I would have done it worse than them, but I hope that Chile U21 finally prove his potentiality. I have never seen in 5 years of Sokker...right?
I think that if I could be back in time I preserve the nomination in Schweiz: I prefer to lose in a country free of prejudices than win in others.
First turning back was for Schweiz community: found a top manager with many skills, they do not need another one isn't it? Here....lol good luck with the 3 line def :)
Now I'm joking, I understand your point of view but I don't share it, so...learn from Italy and other countries :)

Be objetive man... I have been totally honest as well. And no one is prejudging... is really bad for you to be always depending on that word to back out of this election. For right now only me and Gonzalo expressed our opinions.

You dont speak spanish whatsoever and that will bring a very big lack of communication.

The likelyhood of you winning was very slim. You have no real credit to your name and again, not even a slight approach to knowing spanish to be able to be a right candidate for this position.

The fact that you keep "mocking" on another candidate for the Sub21, is totally wrong. First, he is for now a candidate like you "were" and not the coach of the Sub21 team, and secondly, is just wrong from your behalf to start criticizing someone else´s campaign. Not something I find to be a good quality for a coach.

You dont know what is Chile´s Sub21 potentiality. Every season changes... is not like the NT team.

If you had bothered to learn from our current 19-20yrs old players ahead of your "interest" to become the Sub21 coach for Chile you would notice that we have been in decline in regards to skill levels of young players. But that always changes from season to season....

I already gave you enough explanations to the reasoning of being a coach who doesnt speak the language of the country they want to be a coach off. In Switzerland I can see they all speak english, or most (is not the case here at all), so the language is not a real barrier. Your experience and knowledge of their youth players in comparison to other candidates will be a factor.

In Italy no one speaks english and Borkos speaks only english.
Please, don't be blind.

I've worked for U21, so, i know how it works.
If the DB is good no one has the need to know 2 seasons before the players.

I have more credit with my name than all of the actual candidates. I don't want to appear "cool" and I don't want to strut myself but I've record and community awards in Italy, thousand people Sokker country.
So please, don't criticize my name for your prejudices.

I do not mock or criticize anyone. I said the truth: in the last WC Chile had great chances and failed. At the same time i just say that a 3 line def is quite strange for a future NT coach, I do not mock or criticize anyone, it is just the reality.

But I understand your opinion because also in Italy we have got users with prejudices with foreign coach.
Neverthless all the community helped Borkos translating what he wrote, because, different to me, he didn't have a vice who was able to translate
