One thing is true... you have indeed spoke enough.

Im tired of reading in your posts about "prejudging". Leave thinking that if you want... maybe it makes you feel better.

You would be able to do the "job" with a good DB. But there is always a lack in participation with the users of that country.

Good luck in the future, hope you have a different approach next time.
