Hy guys what do you think ..... about to improove all togheter the young national team.
My friend Mr Sponkie was so glad to train national team in the past , so i woul like to try with the younger .
I dont like to do proclaim , so i think that you could do some question here, and will be a pleasure for me answer to you.
At moment i did just one experience like observer 18-19 younger Italian striker when Amido was coach.

Well you are half Russian so it's ok :)

Well first at all i think that the age of younger is at the base of the project, growth their talent is main thing.
To do that Russian manager need to have at least Brilliant Coach becouse without Brilliant younger's Coach we couldn't do nothing so serious.
I said to guys i cant promise results, but i can promise to use all my capacity like good manager, i can promise to attract attention to yours under21 national team.
In my opinion 20/21 years old should play with national A , nobody asks to national A to win the cup , so in my opinion young player need to grow ... more youngers play important match they grow quickly.
If i will be the manager that Russian guys want for their Under21 National Team , i will talk with Naitonal A coach , if he will not be interest to 20/21 player , they will play in under21.
National team is not for interest of someone , National team is something to be proud ....the same thing that i felt when my country won the World Cup, and if we get it ....was just with a very good Project.

very much what you are writing is interesting. But you know that very little he is of competitors till 21 years who can play in the staff?? So everyone till 21 years what are playing in the representation of seniors will have to play in at- 21. I am doubting that I win or he won at least 1 voice, so I wish you good luck

Well I see Zaev, he is 29 years old he is on the NT... When I was the Hungarian NT I play with Russia, Zaev was younger... This country need younger players,who will be better than the "first generation". I agree with you...

I think I have a few questions for you :)
1. Will you try to get higher rating of U21-NT by playing friendlies with best and strongest 20-21y players or use young (but weaker) promisive players?
2. In my opinion, the main aim of U21 manager is monitoring transfers of young players and watching for new youthpools (this requires contacts with many managers). Will you "recruit" scouts or do it yourself?
3. Your job will require contacts with russian managers, many of them don't know english at all. What are you going to do?

first at all thank you for your question i am here to answer.

1- to grow very well we shouldn't looking for result now but for the future...and to do that we have to train very well younger and take care of youth school, with brilliant coach.
So promisive young players weaker maybe, but with great talent will have priority , certainly 20-21 very good player will play becouse they need to train very well too, but i would like if coach of senior national team use them.
2-I will have a staff becouse is impossible to do alone a project so serious , and i know my friends and their capacities like manager, they started to play on sokker before me so we could form a good staff.
There will be a head scout , a scout gk and defender, a scout mid and scout striker.
3-I thougt to that ....infact in my staff there will be a guy that know your language...and he will take care of relationship in your forum.
Often we could meet on forum and togheter talk about project.

i think i've just fixed this problem in the past , it wasn't a big problem in my eyes , and when i resigned my dimission , everybody greets me , even who didn't know english.
If 23 will work well , this will be an hidden problem , be sure , anyway i was helped a lot from Varlam , he knows both languages (italian and russian) , if i where in your shoes 23 , i would ask her if she want to help a crazy italian in russia again.

I'll try to explain. ytgjyznyj stands for непонятно (unclear - in English as you translated). Local PC keybords has two modes with two types of letters, namely Latin and Cyrillic. Vladob just typed the the russian word using Latin mode of the keybord

perhaps you won't need to have such a big team of scouts. there are not that many active users in Russia who have strong youthschools and quality youth coaches there. So there are few youthpulls every week.
