perhaps you won't need to have such a big team of scouts. there are not that many active users in Russia who have strong youthschools and quality youth coaches there. So there are few youthpulls every week.

true , but at the beginning let 23 make his work better as possible , i think he deserve the victory of this elections , about his staff , he will see with the work if it is "over-size" or not.

Russian manager need to believe in himself ... youth school !!!

I think if russian manager will realize how we'll work hard ....maybe someone of them cuold change opinion and improve youth school to give young talent to under 21 .
Well until now there was not Under 21 team...so we should believe ....come on !!! :))))

I want say to all that we dont want train under 21 to have some special thanks ....we want enjoy with you , who think we are here to disturb do a mistake , and i will show you becouse if another candidate win hope that he will do interests of russia team not his interests.

you could check every weeks yours younger with best of 16 17 18 19 etc and you could appreciate it.

We take care of data base , and will be a database for each different age.
Take care of this important point, will create a good "competion" beetween russian manager friends trying to climb best position with their young jewels.
Good "competition" is the key of this spectacular game and will be not so difficult encourage managers to think about Russian youth.
Everything is just follow some advices, will lead only to its prestige club and money.
Just one rules ....to spend attention training youth school and young players.
We have to know all togheter ....that one player on national team do not bring just pride but also a lot of money to reinvest in Russian Sokker Managment !

Well, I haven't got any chance for the NT as I see Agemiz candidate again... He open an NT topic... The russian users write a lot into his topic. I don't say he is better or worse than me,but he is Russian,so he has more chanche...

why you dont train just defender....he will become a great defender ...as technical now is not 'so' important and a outstanding defender could stop a brilliant (tec) striker front !
