You say that managers should have a brilliant youth school coach, but only few managers from Premier league and top places of I.Division can afford it. There are much more managers at the bottom, many newbies. They can't afford expensive brilliant YP coaches, but even with solid coach they can find out the talent of their youthpulls using software assistants. For example, good/solid 17y YP popped every 4 weeks with solid YP coach may become a great player in future with some luck. More pulls means more chances. And players, "born" with new teams can also be of some interest.

Mr Sponkie greeted me when I came to Sokker, he answered some of my questions and viewed some of my players, 1 of them became an NT member maybe 2nd-3rd squad, but... It gave me a good motivation to play Sokker.

Maybe, it is necessary to continue? Greeting should include not only basic "survival guide"/FAQ, but the link to the forum and to software assistants. The main thing we need from newbies is players with full information about them, at first about their talent. Perhaps, we need a 'promotion service' to find good buyers with great coaches for promising U21-NT candidates and to help newbies to advertise their good players on transfer forums.

More motivated russian managers mean more chances to build great U21-NT, isn't it?

When i was Russian NT Coach , i spent really lot of time to sent "tutor sk mails" to the new managers??how i found all new managers???simple.... every day i used to check all the last divisions and see if there where new teams..i was crazy at that time , now i stay less time on sokker , but i'm happy to see that it wasn't totally a waste of time after read your words , thank you.

Thank you very much for those mails, they motivated me to learn Sokker, to sort it out and I didn't leave it after 1st login like 'just another online sport manager game'. :)

AFAIK, now bobo4ka, ukrainian mod, has some tool to monitor newcoming managers, he regularly posts lists of them on forum, but I don't know if somebody greet them.

It is not easy we know...

A starter maybe could keep very good youth coach, but in vain. We need brilliant.

How we pay for this coach... If a starter for example train 10 defs(they can be train foreig defs,because he sell it early as write my task...) He get 500 million hungarian forint. If he do god the thing he can some talanted player 3-4 better defs and he can open the youthscool... But their secondary trainer can be worse,because of the wage...

The other thing lot of starter want the good result early and buy and buy without head. He want the succes right now!!!

Nt or U21 NT captain must to say him this is the good,if he get the training seriously and he train def or mid or striker, but seriously... The important : "now what they want"!

I know it not easy. In our country help some users, but few users do that, what I want.

I know what you mean, and the same was in italy and same with italian newbies too.
But i want explain that when you are newbies the important things is buy good player to have a good team, that's a big mistake , because if you don't use young player from your school you cant program nothing.
Newbies need to understand that is important open youth school and improve it,
how could improve it?
Do investments in youth school coach until have a great coach.
Don't train young talent if they are not able to train well .
You said well software assistants and lucky draw are important , but is not sufficient to create a champion.
At first for newbies is important to fix objectives, improving youth school .

All guys in my staff will able to help newbies ....was my first promise, the growth younger talent players...i didnt talk about results .....just grow together and i means relationship too.

We have a topic on forum about fresh youthpulls, but only about 10 managers from bottom divisions post there (almost all posts come from TOP16 teams). I don't know, how many of them use software assistants. Perhaps, if all newbies know that after posting their youthpull stats on forum they'll get a chance to sell him for reasonable (for his talent) price, we won't lose this 'hidden stars'. But this requires searching for and making contacts with prospective buyers who have great coach staff and can train Nt-candidate (because in Russia we have not so many managers of this level, often promising players go to clubs that don't think about NT interests), and, of course, educating newbies :)
