We have a topic on forum about fresh youthpulls, but only about 10 managers from bottom divisions post there (almost all posts come from TOP16 teams). I don't know, how many of them use software assistants. Perhaps, if all newbies know that after posting their youthpull stats on forum they'll get a chance to sell him for reasonable (for his talent) price, we won't lose this 'hidden stars'. But this requires searching for and making contacts with prospective buyers who have great coach staff and can train Nt-candidate (because in Russia we have not so many managers of this level, often promising players go to clubs that don't think about NT interests), and, of course, educating newbies :)

we need good competition beetw. russian manager, maybe to see a young player at the top in data base will increase their interest.

hey guys.....ours players are older ...1 year more :)

Today i would talk about some training program....

So guys...every time is important check if the training program is going well, pace will be more important with new sokker play system and pace is one of skill that decide the price of transfer so to train resistance and pace are fundamentals for newbies manager....and for youth school player .
In my opinion that there are 2 differents ways to program training ....one objective is to complete a player in primary skill and another is training to sell .
If you want complete , you have to buy a player with secondary skills very good ...and train primary very well that one did you decide before.
If you want train to sell you have to check talent of player ... and know is advantageous for you lost time to pop him.
So it's important to check every time your program because you mustn't mix 2 those objectives ..means bad program.

example....if i train striker ... i cant train a young without pace also if he is talent ...becouse after 1 season he will be stronger in primary but ... weak on pace, so follow season you have to change program and decide if complete a player or train another to sell ...but sometime 1 season more needs less money !!

1.Do you want to be an assistant or scout of U-21 NT Now?

2. May be your good manager, but i think we need now not so russian manager but russian-speaken manager.
3. And another - we need Mr.Sponkie - he is one of the (may be best) well known manager, if he'll decide to be U-21 - my vote will be for him.
4. From 1 and 3 - Became well known manager in Russia as assisstant and may be next time you will be U-21 trainer or NT...

When i showed my project first at all i told that we need to grow all togheter, so i believe again at my project and my staff too , so what do you say to me could be great /nice ... but it 's not depend from us.
I think that we have to wait and after we could talk about your idea, but now if i answer to you ....yes ...means that i don't believe in my project again.

If you read what i said every time i told to you ...we want build something to special together, and could be the same if i will win the election , i will ask to another russian manager to help me or who russian users will choose.

About Mr Sponkie , he is my friend in sokker in the real life and was my teacher....of course i cant be Mr Sponkie...but he given a lot of advice to me ...so i have to try :)

I hope that my answer will be read carefully to all russian managers.

To be honest , i hope 23 will win the elections , to be clear , i haven't got anything against -Sneg- , but i personally know 23 since we was child and i'm sure he will be perfect for Russian Community due his fanatic love for Sokker!!

Thank you for your fantastic speech in point 3) , but as i told before , i'll run again as Sweden NT Coach and i hope Sweden will qualify to the World Cup of next season , so i hope to will win the elections again next season and play World Cup , afther this , i'd like to try a candidature as Italian U21 NT Coach , still don't know yet. By the way , Russia was the first community that gave me the chance to be NT Coach , be sure Russia will remain in my memories forever and also fantastic users like you :) i hope you will give to 23 the same chance you gave me in the past , he has got excellent "Sokker knowledge" added to a great sense of communication, he is a true leader in my eyes. This is my honest opinion about 23 , and not about the user in Sokker , but about the man : Riccardo (alias 23) :)

Yes only two.. Before the changes... I had 3 outstanding. Now I have a brilliant and a magical,but the effect is much better at the the skills what I don't train.

I want to 3 coach,but I haven't enough money. With this two secondary coach and with the youth and main coach my finance balance was -20 million Hungarian forint,when I had away match...

yeah of course sneg, i prefer too

Hmm... I thought that effect from 3 outstanding is better (and it is cheaper). I saw formula: addition from assistants (to main coach) = 100%*(sum of levels)/51 (3 divine assistants give 100% growth of training speed). I don`t know how is it true, but I think that 3 assistants is better...
