Hy guys, just who was following election of Under 21 Nt Coach knows me , i am 23 from Livorno (don't forget it ...i love my city ) and i would help and grove with older & newbies russian users.
So i open this thread where we could talk all togheter about tattics,school younger, training, match of national team .... we could talk and exchange good advices .
I promise that after election of under21 National team i spend my time to help russian users ...i don't want leave this community ...so i would like to see this community improve and increase ...few people couldn't do nothing so interesting ....instead all together WILL DO GREAT THINGS.

How do you think - average(5) stamin is good for U-21 NT Player? How much time can he play with this stamina?

pheraps is better that he plays second half when to the others will decrease too.
another important things on younger players is the gap between tecnique and pace im going to explain better.
Be carefull about injuries means increase possibility to train better a young player...often there are very good talent but with skills not so balanced ....for example with a big gap pace-tec (tec. higher than pace)and it is dangerous for injuries ......better engage those players in a different side(less players).
