как второстепеные скиллы прежде всего нужно дефф, потом пассы, и в последней очереди пз.

В прошлом пз больше ценилось, ну а теперь чуточку поменялось...

Его ведь не будут играть как СС(секонд Страйкер) а как СТ( страйкер) будет в переди сможет взять мяч у защей и выйти 1на1...

good result! but it's so predictable tactic from you (yes , yours 4-3-3 is one of the best with good moving and manoeuvres) You didin't use wingers, such weak opponent wasn't use wingbacks - it's really bad... because, in the next stage you'll get a more powerful opponents - and they could use weak sides of yours 4-3-3 (DR coach had a good ideas but bad realization and weak players made result acceptable for us) and I hope you will try to force all future opponents thinking intensively ...

My friend I think that with this tactic the weaker Nations will never beat us...
I know that you can feel a bit annoyied by the fact I haven't change the tactic for some matches, but really I can't understand why I have to risk to score less goals with another tactic, while this one works perfectly against lots of opposites, with the player we can count on...

I agree with you, plus a win is a win and thats the most important. In spite of this i am sure icciban has in his arsenal already prepared (i not made that at least created in his mind) enough tactics vs opponents like us, or better.

And don't forget it's harder to play vs an opponent that uses teh same tactic during some time, cause he anytime can change the tactic and ruin the opponents plan...

because better for U21 Russia NT to have a couple good tactics, not one... goal deference isn't actual , but tested tactic for the next stage very important... and I absolutely sure, if you have used 2 forwards and one winger - our team scored more!

I've already tryied more than 20 tactics in 2 seasons of being your NT coach...
Surely I rarely change the whole tactic, most of the time I just adjust the throw-ins, or the defensive/offensive movements...

when you argue you develop further. criticism helps to take a step aside and look at your job at a new angle =)

i know that. but this doesn't look like a criticism, its more like a debate between 2 great coaches that have different playing styles ;)

as far as i understand agemiz just asked for more variety in tactics from time to time. he did not mean that he disliked the results and overall approach of icciban, who has been doing a superb job! =)

But I don't think we're arguing :D
We're just speaking, expressing each other his own point of view :)
I'm saying that the 4-3-3 was the best tactic to use against the weakest team of the round, agemiz says that with a wing we had scored more...
But the quarrel end there (at least for me :) )
