Subject: [U21] Общая ветка

хочу предупредить, что я не планирую выдвигать свою кандидатуру на пост тренера. мне кажется у меня получился очень неплохой квалификационный отбор и мы заслуженно попали на молодежный ЧМ! Но мне хочется попробовать чего-то другого. Интересно возглавить иностранную сборную, которая могла бы бороться за медали. К сожалению предел российской сборной - это попадание на ЧМ.

еще хочу сказать, чтобы наши менеджеры не боялись возглавить нашу сборную. если у кого-то нет опыта, то его по-другому никак и не обрести. конечно, будет сложно, но я могу консультировать вначале.

Вон, хххх вполне неплохо справляется со старшей сборной

Товарищеский матч против Гватемалы - мой последний у руля молодежной сборной. Проверим состав, который будет бороться на молодежном Чемпионате Мира. Кстати, нам достались очень неслабые команды: Италия, Румыния, Босния и Герцеговина.

Больше всего беспокоит защита! Против Гватемалы нормально, а вот с ведущими сборнами будет сложно

5-0. хм.. Я даже как-то разочарован тем, что соперник не выставил никого на игру. Интересно было посмотреть на действия наших игроков. Ну ладно, зато рейтинг подняли, обошлись без травм, добавили игрокам по одной игре за молодежку ))

The next 2 games and the U21-championship, we will play with this stuff mainly; then after championship we will play with more and more younger players; therefor it is important if you have high-talented players, even if they are 17, 18 or 19 to comunicate them to me, pls.

новый сезон вроде и тихо

After the default win against Singapur now the first played game against Poland, and a expected result, lost 1:3, not to high in my opinion.

I think it was a good test, because Poland played it seriously with U21 squad. That will be more or less what awaits us against Italy and Romania: High defense line, and much stronger players in defense and attack. In the midskills we were competitive.

Nevertheless i am contentent with our defense, although 17 shots on goal looks much, most of them weren´t dangerous.

Our midfield made a good performance, but it could be even better if some players were in better form. There is still hope in the 2 form updates on monday and thursday. ;)

The keeper performance was realy fine, Bazaev is a good replacement for the formless Vasenin.

The Strikers performed ok, regarding to their skills. But here we need a rising form too, for to have a surprise.

World Cup starts in a few minutes; lets hope for some luck.

Hart result. Tried it with a winger tactic to create more chances than against Poland. Strikers of Italy seemed much to strong for our defense. Sorry for the result.

What was the idea behind a cross movement of Sychiov and Rogov in the midfield? It looked rather stange

must watch it again to see what you mean with strange.

Idea was: Sychiov (because of his high form) should be the the receptor of short passes (from Rogov or Zhabuk), and then bring the ball to one of the 2 wingers or to the striker. Rogov (because of his low form) should play more the short passes, mainly to Sychiov.

The wingers were not so much in game like i would have wished. Probably it would be better to play only with one winger and to strengthen the defense. Zhuravlev was a risk, i know his value but not much of his skills. With the injury of Valvarin i had not that much options.

yes it looks strange and they are both to offensive. Was not necessary to change the sides, the passes of Sychiov were not that well.

Second match played in this WC and again a defeat against a stronger opponent.

Goalkeeper and defence made a better job than against Italy but still they are not competitive enough. Highest skill in defence is 14 and that makes it quite difficult to stop U21-Topstrikers.

Midfield performance was ok in my eyes, only from Fomin i expected much more. So he is out for next match ;)

Strikers made their job ok, a pitty was that Kanklideev did not get much possibilies to show headers.

So next week will come last match in that WC against one of the favorites, Romania. Its not difficult to forcast that it will probably a defeat again, but i will make my best to make it not to easy for them.
