Im Balázs Szakál from Hungary, now 19 years old ( in May 20). im playing sokker 1.5 years ago, my results:
1st season: winner of the 5th league (go upper without playoff)
2nd season: 2nd place in 4th league
3rd season: 2nd place again, but almost better:)
4th season: winner of 4th league, we had same points, but better GD:
1. Kalocsai FC 14 12 1 1 74-16 37
2. AJAX Budapest 14 12 1 1 64-8 37
the team played playoff game, and easily win that, so go upper!
5th season: first season in 3rd league, and got the 4th place, still play in 3rd league without playoff.

почему? для меня это реальные вопросы. от ответа ни них будет зависеть мое отношение к кандидату. если смысл моих вопросов не очевиден, то я готов их после ответов топикстартера объяснить.

У меня такое чувство, что он не поймет твоих вопросов... Если бы он знал русский язык, он бы это показал. Но для него есть альтернативный вариант - транслятор.

Are you ready for that stressful job ? You just need to know russian though...

As I see, you don't use wings very much. But are you going to use wings in NT ? I don't mean attacking style, I mean the gameplan. Wings can also be used as great defence.

yes, i'm ready,i have lot of free hours, becouse im study at university in Budapest, but unfortunately i cant speak (and cant learn) russian language...
i dont really understand, what do you mean about russian though?!
yes, i dont use wingers, becouse of money:) my club is really poor, thats a wonder for me, that im still in 3rd league!
in NT (depend on the enemy) i would use wings, in attacking and in deffensive style too, i know they can be perfect against another wings, but some times thats much better if u play in the middle part!
i've already seen lot of hungarian tactic in the U21, and O21 team too, so i coluld play with wingers:)
and it depends on the players too.if russia has very good wingdefs, or wingmids, i would use them with love:P
