6-3-1 I would never play.

Thats too defensive.
I can help you to have a "perfect" defensive tactic, and Rossiya will win games only with that.

But of course there are other manager who can that too, if there is a russian I don`t know.

I think that NT coach at least must speak Russian.

Yes that is a problem. I have a friend how talks russian, and he can make "translater" but I don`t speak it.

Language is a problem, but it shouldn`t be the only point to search an national coach.

I think the Russian coach should be from Russia. It is kind of strange to give that important position to someone else in a game, where fun should be the most important thing. ;)

By the way, my compliments to the coach of Russia Izmaylovo5. I almost thought you could defeat Spain. Great match.

NT coach must be from Russia and speak Russian.
But there is only 2 or 3 active members except Izmaylovo5.

for example wingers need mostly pace and technique, i think. So Defence midfielders need Defender, AM need striker.
