Hi to all the Rushian Community,
My name is icciban and I'm playing sokker from the 2005.
I play in the Italian Serie A from 10 seasons (I'm the only user in Italy who has played in the highest serie for such a long time) and I'm starting the 10th one.
2 Seasons Ago I was the CT for the Italy at the World Cup, so I've already experienced what lead a Sokker Nation means.
I decided to purpose me as your U21 coach as I want to try this new experience with you, trying to lead you to the Next World Cup, where I'm sure you have all the possibilities to well behave.
Unfortunatly I can't speak your language, but I'm sure that if I'll be elected we'll find a way to communicate, as I consider the dialogue with the community an important step of a CT's Career.
I can assure you that with the cooperation of 2 friends of mine (Amido and [tid]Dragster[/tid]) I'll grant you a Clear and complete DataBase (rumors in International say that the one Manda_Chuva created is going to disappear), with an easy way to update your players.
I would even very happy if I'll find some of you who will help me with my work, Scouting opposites, studying their tactics, supervising the TransferLists to check interesting players, etc...
With the Help of everybody I can bring you to the World Cup, where Rossiya has all the chance to reach at least the eight-of-final.
I hope that you'll trust in my project, I'm not one of that users who think that the name is enough to conquer a community.
My 3 keywords will be: WORK, WORK and WORK.

You are good and experienced coach. May be for result in next season you will be better then Sneg (may be no :) ), but for me and not only - we need to go up interest to our NTs... So - Russian Language is VERY important thing!

P.S. Will you get Lebzjak to U-21? ^)

Поэтому, если вы считаете, что сборная под руководством кандидата добьется бОльших успехов, чем под моим - то стоит голосовать за icciban`а, как мне кажется.

heh, good to see that there is highly-rated coach from abroad country who signup an application to become a U21 Russia coach:). I didn't see such things happening for a long time. Anyway, if you will win in elections it would be a great stimulus to at least learn basics of Russia language:)).

what about applying for U-21 coach in Belarus? (i'm serious.)

In Belarus they have andreank who is a friend of mine (we've met each others in some sokkerian meetings), so I don't want to fight with him :)
Why are you asking me? Aren't they satisfy of his management?

simply most of our community will vote for Sneg, so the proposition to apply as Belarussian NT u21 manager were made because of that as i think.

Of course, but as I said i don't want to run against a friend of mine...
If I'll not be elected I'm not going to tear my hairs out :D

Мне не нравится порочить оппонента и говорить, почему вы должны голосовать за него, а не за меня.
Я подготовит предвыборное послание, в котором изложил те принципы, которыми я руководствовался в при решении выдвинуть свою кандидатуру: работа, опыт, увлеченность игрой.
Если вы считаете, что эти вещи могут стать хорошей причиной для того, чтобы сменить руководство сборной, то голосуйте за меня, в противном случае поддержите действующего тренера.
