I have removed player (Viết Anh Quang [11477045]) from the transfer list. He had received an inappropriate purchase offer from another team that was WELL above market value. It is unknown whether the buyer did this purposefully (sometimes teams give away money randomly when they "give up") or it was an error or typo.
Instead of doing an adjustment after the sale was complete, the player was removed from the list now so that he could be bought fairly by another team.
