well, our wingers are good in dribbling but still not so good in passing... but if they improve there it will be great ;)

your tactic looks very similar to one i used once:

the only difference is that the strikers are positioned opposite.

i used this 4312 in WC and before :) it's a good tactic, but winger must be high in tech and passing. at the moment they aren't so good in passing.. but i wanted too see "how much" bad :)

yep, nazarenko needs 2 levels up.. i think :) but they had also a lot of defenders... maybe it's also because of that he couldn't pass on our strikers' head
