i think we played a good match, considering germany is stronger. don't you think?

nice game! and a very good result.
at the end our forwards had two chances to shoot and probably win the game
also, there's a problem with stamina between 60 and 65th min the pace of our inners notably dropped

yep, stamina is a general and big problem. i am always forced to use players with low stamina and rules oblige me to make only 3 changes :P

of course i use only 3 players with less than adequate stamina and i am forced often to put on the bench stronger players but with poor/weak stamina... we aren't italy, i have few players and i have to use the ones with a decent stamina ^^

well, russia doesn't have that many solid youngsters. that's why managers concentrate on training main skills rather than stamina
2011-04-01 20:22:05
well, but in week 15 and 0, where there is only 1 match for a week, you should train stamina ;))

or pace ;)

forgot to mention. the tactic was good as usual. germans looked like a mess, while there was order in all our lines. if only Kharlamov didn't lose the ball...

if you train pace in those 2 weeks, in 2 seasons a player will make only 1 pop.

if you train stamina in those 2 weeks, in 2 seasons a player will make 4-5 pops. remember that 1 pop in stamina is (more or less) 8 minutes of best performance during the match and it influences all the skills! so if you have a player with high stamina he will play at his best potential for almost the whole match! on the contrary, with a poor level of stamina, the player will start to play badly sooner.

a single improvement in pace, in my opinion, is not so important compared to a player who can play well for all the match ;)

maybe you care more the senior NT... but i explain which is the u21 problem :)

anyway thanks ^^ i think that thanks to a good tactic we can do well, but if we face a strong U21 with a good tactic it will be hard... even if we have a good striker this time, there are several U21 with better players :)
