I'm Blancos. This is my club team Stefan to je beton ! . I play since 2008. I have expirience and skills. I would like to candidate for the position of coach of the Rossiya U21 team.In every day I'm available and you can write to me.

My vision

In this season we have World Cup u21. I know that Rossiya has potential and together we make surprise. You have nice player and I wil tried to promoted theirs in Polish forums. In friendly match I want test new tactics and use every player who can help this team or NT in future. I want increase your team points and occupy best place in team rank :)

My expierence

In past I was coach of Poland U21. I spent there two seasons. We have one of the best NT and U21 teams. In first season I won my Qualifying Group. In second season we play in World Cup. We won group click but in 1/8 I lost click I know engine wasn't at my side ;/ When i finisch my misson in Poland we were in first place in world rank click there

About tactic
I don't play with one tactic. In every week I judge rivals and use the best tactic for them and our players.
