hi gabrielli, i made your job 2 seasons ago and i think i could have some advices for you ;)
First of all congratulations for winning the elections. Second its good that you communicate and express your plans and ideas, but i think its important to understand the community first.
Russian community in sokker is not comparable with romanian community; you have about a handful active users who are interested in the National Teams and in my opinion one important part of your job as coach is to try to make more of them. An interested manager will motivate others and the forum will come more alive, more young players will be updated and so on.
It makes in my opinion no sense to threaten with exclusion if you need the players (the amount of players with apropriate skills is not that high), but of course it make sense to let the players of active manager (who actualize their players regurlarly) play more often. So, try to motivate russian managers and look for conversation with them, ask them what they train and so on. For help maybe you can ask your rival in the election, xifta, at least he seems interested in the U21.
And if you dont get an answer immediatly try to be patient, its not that easy but possible for sure. ;) Important is that you dont loose your motivation, ask again and again and make the best of russian youngstars. They are better than the results of last season show, for sure ;) Good luck!

Supposedly you have his skills before they were deleted so you can continue using him even w/o future updates. But I see your point and frastration.
The result and doing you job well is paramaunt. No matter what the obstacles are. This is something you signed up for when you enrolled to the elections.

The discussion isn't over for me though. Everyone knows that this is the best player of his age and he is trained properly. Even not updated he will still be the best choice. So can you explain me why do you want to corrupt the future of potential NT player?

Again I suggest you should calm down and respond in a reasonable way. How did Azerbaijan come out in the conversation??? Why are you sorry to become a coach in Russia on your first week?
Anyway, I am not justifying xifta and he is not my mate. I just ask why do you think it's fair and rational to exclude the best player from a team even though you know his actual skills and that he is trained properly. You can keep and use him until other players are better. Otherwise it is penalizing future of NT because of personal attitude.
