Subject: [U21] Русский юношеской сборной

After two difficult matches follows an U20 friendly against Hungary. Another friendly that we play a strong opponent. Then follows the final two group matches. To be sure in third place we have to obtain one point, but I want to win these two matches. I think the third place will be our and in this group that place is a good place for our team.

i didn't imply you should win every game, especially against such a strong team as Azerbaijan but the tactic should be improved

For every game I made another tactic. Each opponent play in different style, the players are very different at this junior level. You can not play with the same tactics in junior matches against Dominika and against Poland. The players also need to be replaced for these matches. Poland play to a winger every match, it was normally to use two defensive players (Daev and Tshadadze) as wingers. They tend to be on the same wing and I put there Tshadadze, who has better defending then other. For that game the main point for me was the defensive capability of every players, including the strikers and I got a good result. Azerbaijan generally do not play to a winger, normally I made other tactic for that game. Preparing a new tactic requires some work... and time, too.


Interesting to me that you are drawn criticism always able, but when I achieve good results, a profound silence reigns in the forum or you may also get criticism (see: against Poland, why Abramuk played only in second half?). Not a good word, an encouragement for me since I've been here. From the first moment I had the feeling that many of you are happy about the negative results. But I like to win and I did everything for this. Next season you can sign as coach, you keep here a good team because I do not get scared 19-20 year old players to play. Good luck!

I do not even know whether to laugh or cry: I play and I got 1 point against Poland, I play and obtained an 51-49% possession and 50-50% play in the half against Azerbaijan. Too much difference between this two teams and my team. Against all other teams I won the official matches. And you come the criticism that it was not a good tactic...

i can write a long post and explain everything but i don't see a point...

the bottom line is the last two comments from xxxxx were a curiosity question and a positive statement acknowledging that you improved your tactic skills compared to the first half of the season.

so you shouldn't laugh nor cry but rather ask why you take every comment from a negative perspective.

and yes, being a coach is a tough job

I'm looking forward to the qualifying campaign expire. After that I will play only gala matches where I will thank the attitude those users who regularly updated the players... Good luck!

I think this was rather weak tactic and I highlighted the main cause of such a defeat, i.e. bad positioning in midfield. Even you accepted that the tactic was weak.

as a coach you will always have questions from other managers regarding your choice of players. you have to deal with this and have your reasons why you prefer particular players. but this question is miles away from a negative remark

= Sevvol was right to say that tactic should have been improved. You see you improved tactic and demonstrate decent performance against strong teams.
It is recognising the fact that you improved tactic and achieved good results against both Poland and Azerbaijan.

Exactly! Positive only after the match against Scotland, my first match.
Your "objective" critics come after the match against Azerbaycan, a much better team then as. In that match I have only one ambition: to obtain a close result. Failed! I also saw that it was not good, there was no need of you your comment in this case. And the fact that after a draw against Poland you listened, it merely confirms in my mind that there was no positive criticism.
I note that I did not take kindly that you declared publicly after the elections your voted!
To xxxxx I answered the question. But do not be angry, we achieved draw against the rank 2 team in the world and you also need to ask something! Congratulations nothing, nothing recognition... This is strange. And even I won two games against South Africa, but no one had noticed this.
And to finish: if "sevvol" have not mentioned in his last comment, I stayed quit! Frankly, I'm tired of this cult sevvol what I found here. There is another, not one person in this game who should be applauded say anything, who always has to be right, always and every place explains everything.
