Сегодняшние матчи ничем, чтобы написать о. Я была делегация из нескольких дней. Телефон тактика, и я не мог этого сделать. Я даже не смотрел матч. Наши игроки были гораздо более низкое значение противника игроки. 82 и 89-й мы получили два гола. Почему это так плохо в сегодняшнем матче? Результат не очень хорошо, но и другие?

I want to attract more users to continue the youth schools functioning, which will consequences in the future to strengthening of the Russian team. There was similar initiatives in other youth selection, but in that case was understanding this to the majority of users, and the results are came now (ex. Portugal). I know, this is not acceptable with you. But I also get encouragement for Russian users in SK mails. An indication for me that not everyone wants to keep in perpetual mediocrity the Russian U21 team.

Only now I could watch the game. It was a good match, I am satisfied with the players and tactic, too. The first goal came with a 40 meters free kick, when the game was balanced. Our goalkeeper bit poorly located, but better now than in the official game. The other two goals we got late, when the defenders exhausted. And there was a difference between players.
Positive:
1. The defenders play well 80 minutes.
2. The playmakers moving well, praise for the two 19 -year-old rookie (Zalivahin and Sennikov) who entered the field in the second half.
3. Match after match shows that the team is moving in the right direction. If they were slightly better in skills, then we could be combated with strongest teams.

Negative:
1. Our strikers. Only 10-11 in att skills.
2. At the starting line I should have put Kuznetov and only in second half Abramuk.
3. By the end of the match I should have done different tactics, where the defense has not been played offside.

In the last six games we got a total of 9 goals. From these 7 we got in the second half:
1. Against South Africa we got 1 goal, in min. 83
2. South Africa, 1 goal, min. 87
3. Poland, 1 goal, min. 85
4. Azerbaycan, 1 goal, min 73
5. Hungary, 3 goal, min. 64,82,89
Only in match against Belgie wee got the two goals in first half and in second we not received others.

It may be the players replaces I have to made in defense and defensive midfielders posts to refresh those compartments for the finals...

To be honest I like your headstrong, if russian community appreciate what you done this season, or may they accept more than possible

To be honest too, I don't expecting to be appreciate. At least by those who have not appreciate anything I've done here until now. If I get encouragement from the other part of users, then I start again in elections. Otherwise, I did not force my ideas.

А никто не говорит, что он делает ужасную работу. На форуме по крайней мере не было откровенно негативных комментариев. Он обычный менеджер среднего уровня. Но зато его минусы лежат на поверхности:
1. Ведет себя несколько неадекватно. Негативно воспринимает любой комментарий на форуме. Резко противопоставляет себя и активную часть сообщества.
2. Что называется диссонанс. Чрезмерные понты на фоне средних результатов.
3. Не говорит по-русски, что невероятно осложняет общение.
4. "Удивительная" победа на выборах

Обобщая, гораздо лучше было пригласить сильного иностранного тренера (такого как немец в прошлом сезоне) или любого русскоговорящего

Лучше хорошего иностранца позовите. потому что чем больше побед получите, тем лучше будет в жеребьёвках следующего раза. иное дело если хотите, что бы ваш игрок набрал опыта работы в сборной. Хоть и в юношеской.

Самое главное, чтобы человек был адекватен, а иностранец он или нет совсем не важно. Между прочим в прошлом у руля молодежной сборной было несколько сильных иностранных менеджеров, которые показывали приличные результаты.
