Subject: Russian NT season 3

Hi to all.

I'm glad to do the NT Coach and i hope to collaborate with all the russian users.
I'm looking for 1 assistent coach and 2 or 3 scouts.

I've made an offer for Rasim,i want him like assistent coach because he's in my opinion one of the best russians managers.

Now i'm waiting for he's answer.
I'm also looking for 3 scouts:

-1 for GK and DEF,1 for MID and the lastest for STRIKER

I want to give some users the role of scout,because if more people will collaborate to this project,so the work isn't focused on only one user(me).

So..now is the moment to do my program.

-I should want to update all the russians players

-I shoud want to counseled russian users who ask us how to train some players (in terms of priorities)

-I should want to work a lot on placing interesting russian young to users who will train them hardly so in the next future they will become great NT player

-I want to UPDATE my database,(If this is unconfortable),anyway you can send me their skills and I will submit your players!!

From now on, National Team players can't be sacked. Additionally, NT players from bot teams are transfer-listed as soon as new user takes over the team - with no prior club so the new club president doesn't receive any advantages.

Players who are not on a national team may still be sacked, even if they are of NT-caliber quality.

So i added a lot of russian players who played in BOT team(like Bosna i Hercegovina ),because i hope in future they will be in transfer listed and bought by some strong teams.
Naturally they never have chance to play in this moment because I don't know their skills...

There is a problem:

other NT have got brillant or highest GK

italy have got a divine GK...

we have got only excellent and our GK don't improve...becouse their boss don't train him..excellent is very very low...

Who want to train GK???

thats alright:) I was just kinda letting it go earlier, but I saw it so many times that I decided to correct you:)

today some russian players move away from NT becouse they never have possibility to yoin in this moment.
