Friends, as you know sokker is a little bit complex, but if you understand what to do, then you will have fun.
I will give some advices to you
Juniors:
As you know juniors are important. Since by juniors Russian NT will grow up and also you will earn money. So, consider importance on juniors.
saturdays, juniors come to your juniors school. That is why your number of places for your juniors school must be arranged till friday.
To do that, first of all, look at the right menu. There is a button like a phone, click it. And in the new page there is writen "Juniors" click it too. After that you will see "Change the number of places:"
at there write 6 and click "Change".
That means your junior school's quota is 6 now.
Why 6?
For new users it is advised to make "number of places" 6. Since in one week, 6 juniors can come to your junior school. Not 7 and more. And for every junior place, you have to pay some money. So that is why DO NEVER make it more than 6. Change it to 6.
If you have players in the squad, DO NOT CHANGE IT TO 6. The youth squad should always be 4-6 places MORE than the current # you'll have after thursday (ie if you're pulling someone on thursday they'll be gone by the update on saturday).
Training
Training is also important to increase your players' skills and earn money. For the begginers, It is advised to give stamina training for first 4-5 weeks. To do that, Go to "Training session" and Press "Skills select" Then arrange Required training skills of stamina as magical. and unsatisfactory to all of others. After, press next. And find a coach. Then make him as a head coach. And finally, change training type to Stamina.
For Juniors Coach:
For juniors coach, the trainers' coach skill must be at least "excellent". To find such a trainer search it on transfer page. But be careful on wage. It mustn't be so high.

I have solid coach for junior school at the moment. But he will be changed to better one when there will be more talented juniors. How do you think - is it better to recruit coach by selecting skills and hiring or by using trainers market?
