короче я понял тока одно, надо искать альтернативы меж ними иначе так и будут сраться. Сомневался до этого выдвигаться или нет, но вот таки решился, буду таки толкать свою кандидатуру. Кгда был до Спонки тренером, то они вполне очень даже мне помогали, причем довольно неплохо. Пусть и теперь будут иногда мне давать дельные советы, тогда думаю сборная поимеет гораздо больше, чем кто-то из них выиграет а другой будет злорадствовать ошибкам.

я хотел бы попросить прощение перед всем российским сообщество за свой приступ гнева, свидетелями которого вы оказались к сожалению, мне надоели постоянные провокации и лживые обвинения со стороны другого кандидата, который вместо того, чтобы подумать о своей предвыборной кампании, продолжает обсуждать мою моя реакция была импульсивной, я повторно прошу у вас за нее прощения, и обещаю.

И я знаю, что он подкупил голоса :) просто знаю... Я тоже могу 100 своих друзей сюда позвать и сказать, чтобы они проголосовали за меня... но это ерунда, не честно, не хуманно

потому что во время выборов сразу куча новичков зарегистрировались. Спонки орал, что всё, он не победит на выборах, что у него нет шансов. И после этого сразу в один день практически зарегистрировались 5-6 человек. Они зарегистриовались, но играть в Соккер не остались :) И что об этом думать ? :)

Hi Russian Users...

from now STOP CONTROVERSIAL.
I will do a perfect behavior,probably i have lost a lot of votes for my answer to suslik,i'm sorry again.
When I was elected I began a research for the players who are sold in the past and I asked the skills to the owners.I also saw every day the Russian players on TL and i ask every week the update of all players.I take only the best,so,for now,I have got a database with more than 150 players..you can call my database:
"the secret book":)
I besides thought that the Russian NT needed more users too,so I began a publicity campaign in other forums and on HT
"YOU CAN SEE HERE"
after this campaign russian community doubled,and i sent a sokker tutorial in cyrillic to all newbies.
In this season we also reached a lot of excellent results,we made some good victories:
Russia-Hungary
Russia-Hong Kong
Russia-Bosnia

We also win another match against Hong Kong and a match with U19 team for 9-0!!!

Our NT become competitive,09/09/06,we went near to the miracle:

Russia-Eesti
and in the return match we losed only 2-0.

I am one of the organizers of U21 World Cup,because next season there will be only friendly matchs,and i would want to try new young players,so we will improve a lot.
In this season i called in NT some new players,you can see,instead when it was Izmaylovo,he play always with same players,you can see in that seasons..
In this season these players began in national team:

Bovtalo, Cherednik,Evseev,T.Sergeev,Gavrikov,
Zaderenko,Zheltov,Mudrik,Filippenkob, Kilkin..

And other new players played in U19 match:

RussiaU19-Bosnia U19

Next saturday we will play with U21 team against New Zealand,so I can try some new players who can played in U21 World Cup.

I think that i made a lot for your National Team,and i think that my work for Rossiya shoud be continue,so i hope you will reconfirm me,please don't stop me now!I know that a lot of you know Izmaylovo from HT, but I think that nobodys pledged so much liked me for this national team!!!so..I hope you will make the right choice!!:)

Hi Sponkie! There are some issues you should look at before election time ends.
Talking about other candidates I think that Suslik`s election we can`t take seriously. His attitude is pretty careless and easy-to-go. One day this can turn against NT Russia. The strongest opponent is Izmaylovo because he is authority to Russian sokker`ers who plays hattrick and knows him as person. He is one of the founders of Russian community in HT and so could happen to SK community also.
When looking back this season I must say that you did great job. I`ve never seen such fanatic attitude like yours before. You spent your real life time:
- to make popular virtual computer game in community of other country;
- to sent weekly private e-mails to every russian user with reminder to update junior players and NT database;
- to create and maintain NT database of 150 players;
- to analyse opponents (and maybe to contact them via private e-mail or SK-mail) and to write in conference of Russia your future plans, victories and defeats;
- to help newbies to learn how to play.

I think that NT coach must:
1) have good communication skill;
2) to be open to other viewpoints, even from people he dislikes;
3) have long-term strategic thinking (it means you must plan your actions through the whole season not only one match);
4) have deep understanding of all aspects of game engine;
5) very fast adaptation skill to new situations (like engine changes or key-player injuries).
From the previous list you have only two weakneses:
- as I said earlier you have to accept your mistakes and analyze them. It`s not that you have to find mistakes in every situation and match. There can be great matches when losing and bad matches when wining. But you often highlight only positive moments.
- you have to be tolerant to opponents and their offensive statements.

It seems that in this elections your chance is 50-50 against Izmaylovo. But in case you will be re-elected, next season most likely will be the last for you.
If talking about place where Russia ends championship, it`s not as bad as could be :) I don`t want to go in details of particular matches as I didn`t follow very close and I don`t understand the game as good as you. The biggest job wasn`t on field. I vote for you because you spent your time on things I described at the beginning of this thread.

I hope that you will stay at Russian conferences nevertheless you will re-elected or you will get second or third place!

вчерашняя игра была, вероятно, моим последним матчем в роли тренера российской сборной.
Голосование заканчивается сегодня вечером, думаю, в Измайлова гораздо больше друзей в вашем комьютини,чем у меня, поэтому мои шансы на переизбрание достаточно невелики. Я уверен лишь в одном - я горжусь тем, что было мною сделано за это время, и матч против Японии стал подтверждением этому.

Сборная заметно выросла, при этом родились две новые звезды, Thomas Sergeev и Egor Evseev, эти два игрока должны войти в историю российской сборной соккера.

Надеюсь, что в случае, если меня не изберут, новый тренер посвятит себя сборной не менее, чем я это делал, отслеживая улучшения каждого отдельного игрока, постоянно ведя переговоры с менеджерами, которые не тренировали должным образом наших лучших игроков, для блага сборной. Для того, чтобы хорошо выполнять роль тренеоа, надо уметь общаться с людьми, так как молодых игроков надо постоянно тренировать.

Я надеюсь на переизбрание, потому что в противном случае, я думаю, сборная останется стоять на месте, если честно, я не считаю, что Измайлово будет в состоянии ей управлять. В любом случае, выбор за вами, и, я надесь, вы знаете, чего хотите.

Спасибо вам за то, что вы дали мне возможность руководить вашей сборной в этом сезоне, это было незабываемо.
