Hi all!

I have a big plan with this country!

I have play the sokker for 2.5 years. I`d like to control a national team, and I decided to candidate here.
My english is not very perfect, but I feel we unferstand each other. I wanna work 1 year for this country. Than you see, what I do...

My tactics. I prefer the

4-3-3, 5-4-1,3-4-3, 4-4-2. In my tactic, the speed is the most important.

Important things:

The stamina is important everywhere...

Goalkeeper: 1.keeping, 2.speed, 3. passing(it is not very necessary)

Defenders: 1.speed, 2.tackling, 3.passing, 4.technic

Midfielders: speed, technic, passing, playmaking, tackling

The technic is more important, than the playmaking.

For example:
If playmaking 2, the technic 4
If playmaking 5, the technic is 7.

Omly two level...

Winger striker:
1. Speed
2. Technic
3.Shooting
4. tackling
5.passing

Center striker:

1. Speed
2. Shooting
3. technic
4. tackling(he catch a ball, and one-and one against the goalkeeper)
5. playmaking
