It would be hard to lose against Latvia. Latvia NT exists only 1 season, Russian NT - 6 seasons.

it's true..in fact i would like to play with Latvia U22 team against U20 or maximum U21 of Russia,maybe this kind of match could be more interesting

It would be interesting to play Russia U20 against Latvia U35. I suppose you understand that even against Russia U21 you have very few chances, because Russia has very strong 21 yo players.
