I am expirienced manager I play IV polish league in last sezon I placed on 3-th. In Polish Cup I came to 5-th round.

I will try to build a Venezuela NT form the best players, if you will elect me ofcours. What about tactics there will be few offensive and few defensive.

I speek good english so it woudn't be so bad ;). I will search assistances/scouts wich will help me to build your NT team.

Estos polacos creen en verdad que tienen algun chance de convertirse en los DT de Venezuela? Y lo mas gracioso del caso es que vienen diciendo "I speek good english" como si aqui hablaramos ingles. Como les gusta hacer perder tiempo.

1. There are only two possibilities of losing:
-bad tactic
-bad team
To slove them new coach have to make special tactic on evry NT, and try to find best player in your leagues :]

2.Disadvantages 74 players-it is hard to know evryone, and in some maches it is bad tactic.
Advantage good players in your leagues.

here in venezuela we have a bad team considering our players we have a low performance on them and low skills

u have a clue fo the work been done of the actual DT ??
do u knwo any of the best players of venezuela ??
do we have a cahnce to win against england ?
wut will u do having the worst team of a gruop ?

I have plus- what is going with it I can look in statictics on best stats, but I will be please try to you send their stats on mail, I will do best players "data base".

Chance are always, everything depend on tactic.

You wont win in Venezuela sorry, you got no chance.

Rack and Manuel are the only ones with chance, so you can start thinking on resigning for the DT job.
