I'm czaka88 and I wish to be yours NT coach...
Why You should pick me?
- I'm playing Sokker since 2004-12-25 so I got many experience
- This season I won my league and I was promoted to better one
- I speak good english
- I will show you your NT like you have never seen before
Why Venezuela?
Becaus I saw poor results of this country in last matches and weak place on World Cup.
I think Venezuela should qualified to next round and play with best NT in Sokker.
I think I will be a great manager and I will lead Venezuela to many victoires and make Venezuela one of the best team in Sokker.

welcome to venezuela manager election czaka88, theres seems to be a little problem most of the venezuelan ppl dunt understand english or not good enough to comunicate, about poor the poor performance wut will u improve for venezuelan national selection to archive beter result ? wut will be the plan.

First I need to know what players I have to choose, then I will make tactic to have the best result. I will make a database in which I will see all Players that they manager will give to play in NT. I will choose the best eleven. I allways making some changes to find better players on position.

The plan is simple: winning!
From my information Venezuele will play only friendly matches. I will try to preper great team which will fight in next world cup and I will try to jump few places with Venezuela in the NT ranking.

What can I know? I don't know their skills. I can see only their statistic... But I know from expierience that statistic don't play... If I win I count on help from all managers in Your country to make NT better. I also conntact with your actualy NT manager and I will try to talk with him about NT and players.

With this winning... everybody planing it but I think that I need 2-3 matches to build good team.

I think that 42 place in NT ranking is poor, I think that You have good NT manager but I think I can make it better. I saw few matches and I think that manager pick bad tactic in it. If he want to play in defensive he should pick 5-4-1 system not 5-3-2... If he pick the ofensive tactic he should play 3-4-3.

should Venezuela wins but the tactic was defensive.
