El dreamweaver lo puedes bajar por torrent o comprarlo en algun sitio aunque en zulia ni idea dnd. Bueno la hoja de estilo define el formato que va a tener tu pagina web, pones como son los menus, que iconos le vas a colocar y todo eso.
