I am Radek Jaskot. I am Polish, and I live in Italy (Ravenna).

I am very happy that I can candidate to be national coach of Bosna i Hercegovina.

I know some moments of story of your country because my friend is from Bosnia.
I met him in Italy, because we live in Italy.
This summer I will go with him in Bosnia.

In sokker you have good position. After only one season you have about 100 members and about 10 members in second division.

This season in sokker will be played World Cup, so Bosnia will all the season play friendly match.

We have time to build strong team. We must create the base of Bosnian players in sokker and collaborate with coaches form out of Bosnia.

I think that with some work of all Bosnian members we will build really strong team.
Bosnia has really good potency, and now ass said Aristoteles, we must trasform potency in act - good national team.

The next season will be the base of the future of Bosnia in sokker.
We must do it good if we want be a strong country.
Look for example Italy: They are really strong, becacuse they worked in the first season really good. I was scout of national team of Italy and I know their database of players. It's really good work and we have to have own database.
Look at Romanian national team. They first of jaworlegia haven't never good coach and we can see their result, they are out of World Cup.

So OBJECTIVES for the next season are:
- create Bosnian players database.
- find good avversaries for friendly matches.
- make good base of the future of Bosnia in sokker.

I know organise me and my team. I will create a group of 5-6 person that will help my with national team, there will be:
- 3-4 scouts
- 1 man of public relation
- 1-2 man of tactic's group

In world ranking of national teams the minimum will be positions 1-28, because there are 7 groups of 6 teams in World Cup qualification, so we have to be in the first 28 teams for being one of 4 strongest teams in the qualification group.

In the first part of the next season we will build the national team and prove tactics will different teams disponible for friendly.

In the second part of the season we will build our position in the world ranking for have good position in qualification of World Cup.

The end of voting is at 15 aprile so I have time.
I can't try with my country because they speak that I haven't experience because I am in sokker only 7 month.
I know that you don't like foreign managers, but if you will vote for me I will do better that I can.

I will try to win, I think I have good programme and I have some experience.

If I win I will make some kind of game "bookmacher" with virtual money, I will buy PLUS for winner.
