Hello everyone, I am TES (Max in real life) from Italy and I am 49 years old. I've been playing Sokker since 2010 and my club is in the Italian Serie C. In the last 5 seasons I have also managed Israel NT and before India U21 and led them to their best ranking points. Another important thing is that I have always worked hard to get a broader database and the team now has many solutions. Speaking of my last adventure with Israel, it is important to say that the team's ranking grew from 1,466 (position 52) to 1,888 (position 42): Israel achieved the second and third place in the Asian Cup and the qualification for the World Cup obtaining some unexpected and exciting results against more titled teams like wins against Scotland, Belgium, Czech Republic, Argentina, England and Viet Nam and other heroic draws against Serbia and Bosnia and Hercegovina as you can remember. The undefeated streak is 12 and I guess it will be a record to remember for a long time. It would be an honor to have the position of Bosnia and Hercegovina manager. My objectives are:
- try new tactics in the new season, giving playing opportunities to young players who have less experience with NT
- try to improve NT ranking
- ensure an up-to-date database of our NT players
- try to buy and train local players in my club
- strong communication with the Sokker community (I can speak english, spanish or french).



I hope to be given the opportunity to manage such an important team and I will answer any questions regarding my candidacy.

1st season in Bosnia-Herzegovina and goal achieved. We are on the run for the WC, second in our group. I am very happy with this even though I am looking for some changes to be more competitive. Our tactics are now tailor-made and our db is enriched. I ask you to vote for me and give me the chance to take BiH higher.
