About Training facilities , what if you already has a magical trainer on the youth team, then the new system is implemented, does the trainer can not be assigned to the youth until you expand to level 3 in the Training facilities?.

yes, you will be able to use him for first team training, but he will not be able for youth school appointment.
But for sure we will add transition period to give a chance for preparation (like a season or two when you can start youth school expansion, but without bonus effects).

But dont get me wrong these new features are not bad and i am looking forward to see them, but they do not bring almost any added value.

Well, globaly it will increase level of juniors + improve small countries NT. From single player perspective you are right, it will not affect you so much. The most important change here is, that you will be able to set your preferences about youth school and try to find a economical balance between upgrades and costs.

The thing that needs to improve is the entry level of juniors. I am pretty sure that everyone throws out the level 0, 1, 2 juniors right away.

Yep, but you do the same in every real club. Not every junior is good enough to stay - i think that average number of junior in your youth schools is like 20-22 - not so bad in my opinion - so even with all that 18y players, or tragic players - you are able to select 20 players worth to be keept.

And - there is still a perspective, that we have to weak players in sokker. Well - seriously, we dont. There are to many good players, and there is no middle level players. currently lot of poor juniors are sacked after the drawing, but i think it will change if number of users will increase - just imagine that after game relaunch number of users will increase from 10k to 30k. for one old user there will be two begginners, and for them poor juniors will be quite good investment (like - ok, maybe not to great skills from the start, but i can make him a good player if he is talented).

Raul to juytt
1) Boring Junior league. un watchable games, the skills are globally too poor and poorly distributed for a descent tactic and live watch. 4-3-3 long balls and runs, done !

Agree - we didnt say youth facilities are only change we would like to do with youth.

2) 90% of juniors are worthless, in and out of school (less than 2k€ in market). Only 5% get talent or skills, and more rarely both. 1-2%. This ratio is huge, we should get a better curve of number of valuable players.

Guys, a bit of economy please. It's not a problem with the youth school - its a problem with the market. We have to many experienced players with money, top coaches, market is focused on top juniors. There is no middle class in sokker and that's the real problem. If youth schools are so poor, then how its possible that there is so many multi devine players.

3) The vast majority of schools are in deficit, We can sometimes sell for millions few youngsters, but coaches forget to count all wages for all youngsters as expenses during the (very long) time of training! (in the Young school but also afterwards in the first team). Otherwise, we might as well go directly to the market, it's simpler and cheaper than Young School.

the same - its all about market. currently 3x solid 19 att is going for 1k euro. he is worthless. But years ago, when number of users was high, he was medium class player worthed like 100-150k euro.

And - economy again. if all youth schools would be profitable, than what would it couse? and from where would be the money for that juniors? Lets assume - ok, you are all right, it's a mistake to promote 19y jouniors, skills are to low, - we will decrease starting age, increase skills limit, there will be an option to get 3x outstanding player from your school, even with 17 age. sounds great? i suppose. but it wouldn't solve any problem, in 1-2 years market would follow, none of you would be interested in 3x excellent striker at age of 17 any longer - 3x outstanding would became a new benchmark. and we would start that discussion again.

4) Juniors who leaves school at the age of 19 or 20y are for the most part worthless, due to the max limit of young s skills (10), and the linear/age progression system of sokker.

Thats your job - to select best prospects, according to their level, age, or talent. As not all players came with talent, same they came with different age.

5) Even with an extraterrestrial coach, the evaluation of a junior's progress is near impossible, because of the random "blind" level system. It is necessary to use statistical tools and to have at least 20 weeks at school to get an idea of a junior's potential.

Addressed - with analytics facilities. You will be able to evaluate in current level, or pay more to see more accurate talent.

6) Juniors are uncompetitive at start. Juniors cannot exceed 9 to 10 skill levels and just few rare juniors can play at position (good distribution of skills). This means most of the young s have no interest to play in first team, but play for training ! (those boring Friendlies you know ...)

Thats true. But it would be a real revolution to change it. And we are listening users, most of you dont want so drastic changes. We can increase starting level of juniors, but it would be combined with much less training efficiency - like you get a 3x magical att directly from the school, but during his career he will just pop several times. otherwise (with same training efficiency) you will only change starting point for training, but gap between joung player and 24-25y will be still huge.

if they are so motivated they will just invest max. + they will get help from big countries, as lot of managers will decide to invest in foreign juniors.

Do you guys have any plans about the economy?

Implement money sinks, make us all middle class :)

Raul, what do you think about the idea of entrance junior's level depending on the week he came in and his age? Currently juniors that come in YS at the later stage of the season and who are 17-18yrs have huge handicap. Perhaps we could increase the maximum level of individual skills for 19-20yr juniors, so they are more competetive when they leave the youth academy and users have new strategic option to keep juniors they would currently sack because they are too old.

I mean the goal could be the juniors leaving youth academy at the age of 19-20yr at the level closer to their colleagues who joined the main team at the age of 17-18yr

i will think about it ;)
2020-09-12 20:43:45
it's possible option - there are few ideas how to make it and we will probably discuss about them - maybe all skills maximum level, or just physical ones (like pace?).
2020-09-12 20:54:53
all skills with the same maximum cap. 16-18yr players in main team can train all skills the same as older players

thats the problem they need to invest more!!!!!

for foreign youth actually that is feature that i will never use since 5% random to have juniors from other country and you do not control nationality it will be probably not used at all. Its the feature that annoys me most but thanks god is not adding value to the quality of players and can be skipped

I thought that we could control the choice of nationlity for foreign juniors and it felt me very pleased about this news but if not, i will not use it.
2020-09-12 22:10:00
well its not mentioned in the news but having that option for me is not fair cause it will allow boosting only specific countries will be super unfair
2020-09-12 22:13:29
I understand but from my point of view, not all things have to be fair in a game. A part of it could be uncontrolled and just be experimented to see what happened and changed if it moves too far from goal. I'd like very much to train japanese juniors for instance because i can't control a japanese team.
2020-09-12 22:19:07
Maybe with an extra cost you could "send the scout" to a country.
Or better, simply the possibility of select continents, so you could have more possibilities to get your prefer country but not the exclusive country (random by continent).
2020-09-12 22:28:20
in all cases it will be useless. people that want to help a small country they want to focus on specific country so they will not use it id its random
if allowed specific country it will be super unfair . I do not think any country big medium large that should be boosted any way. they need to expand and advertise the game and community and grow this way.
so thats why topic of sponsorship is important we do not need hellp we need fair system equal to all.
game needs to be fair always!

I think most of users will buy smth like this:
Scouting department: level 4
Campus: level 3
Analytics: level 5
Training facilities: level 3
