Yes, we will address that part of the game too with some improvements.
Probably it's easy to understand, that first of all we would like to focus on main gameplay (that every users are invlolved in it), according to fact that there is lot to work on after so much years, but dont worry, NT will be find own part.
Some of the main improvements will affect NT too - as goals and achieviements for example.
For more details - we hope that particular areas of our work will get easier to understand with upcoming Dev. Diaries.

About UX and changes it could be a could thing to share UI concept screenshots with the communities before working on it. Devs could get a great feedback, positive and negative. Not what's happen with previous devs workflow . My two pences.

Glad to see that the sokker team spirit is always the same and it has in mind strongly what is good and bad. In my opinion, I agree with everything it has been written. Especially the idea to avoid to force to play all the training players. Actually I use two strikers only in NT :D. Even I consider the actual game timing the best.

Dear Dev, the biggest problem that coaches have is the inability to know the skills of their players when often the club managers are not collaborative !.
This aspect together with the creation of other official tournaments such as the European championship, the America's cup and the Asiatic cup are essential for all users who are engaged in this sector of the game!

What i would like to see is some timetables, when we can expect some changes to be done.
For me its mostly replacing flash, as i was not able to see a match, not change the tactics for years now :-)

It would be nice and saving for national team coaches to have all the players' skils available and possibly a database offered by the game itself, without other users creating others.
Could these two ideas in a way make them available only to plus users? So to entice people with an extra service to contribute to sokker?

This is 100% what needs to be done imo.
Concentrate everything in the beginning on replacing flash and once that has been done and is working we can then worry about other things. Because without replacing flash we don't have the tactics editor and matches and thus effectively wouldn't have a game.

to lazy configure it i assume i use it on Firefox on mac just fine
Because flash always was a big security issue. I have it disabled and will not enable it just because of one website.

Please be concerned about the unpredictable turn of this changes to the transfer market. I think that changes should be done gradual, due to 4 to 5 Sokker seasons. If you can sudden train 30 players (for example) than the prices of the expensive trainees will drop, everybody will start to sell and the situation of the market could go really crazy. You can get to a worst case scenario where young players worth 10.000.000 EUR at the moment will eventually worth a half or a quarter of this value in a very short period of time. This can affect a lot of our work from many many seasons. For example I have invested all my money in young players and I'm not the only one :)
