A: We don't know yet - it is a work in progress. Probably before the end of the current season, but the priority remains training reform.

Q23.1 Which seconds teams will qualify for the worldcup?
A23.1: The 17 teams from the first places in the groups and 15 of the 17 teams from the second places will be promoted. For all second placed teams a ranking will be made NOT INCLUDING matches against the last placed team in the case of 6-team groups. The best 15 teams will be promoted. The ranking will be based on the same assumptions as in the league i.e. number of points, goal difference, higher number of goals scored, higher number of victories, higher starting position (higher "pot").
I have a doubt.
with this it means that the first places will be taken as the groups finish and then they will eliminate the results of the team that finished last, to determine the 15 second places
Or will the results of the teams that finish last be eliminated and then the first 17 places and the 15 second places will be determined?
My doubt is because depending on the order they do it, it can determine a 1st and 2nd place in the group.
In addition to that, there is no general table where one can make calculations to know whether or not it is already classified.

Probably because they are prioritizing new training system..
I believe it would be made, so managers still could refuse/opt out from show... thats why the hold up i believe
Unless it is done like transfer ad. Except that target will be country_id NT and u21nt coaches rather than all sk community. Reuse old code and voilà.

I want to make contract with my trained junior, and it says "Error: Double junior promotion." what does this even mean?
Maybe it is because just ı am not very knowledgeable in coding , but i still don't understand why it takes to long to open player skills to NT managers .

Suggestions Injuries and Stadium
I could make two suggestions: 1st) The amount of injuries is being absurd in my team, apart from suspensions, I've already lost at least 5 players with more than 20 days away, a striker injured 2 times in a row this season, losing 2/3 of the competition. Wouldn´t can create doctors and physical therapists to be hired and cut time in the medical department? After all, the time between official matches has also decreased. I had a big problem with the number of injuries this season. Decrease the number of three training assistants and create figure of doctor and physiotherapy to reduce time injurie. 2) Is it not possible to changes the colores of the stadium bleachers? My team is green, I would like the colors of the stands to be green and not red.
Another suggestion would be the creation of a Recovery Center (Ex. how create a stadium) in which the injury time would decrease.
